First time EVER having Zaxby's off of Oyster Point. I requested for my order to be made fresh so my kids and I could experience Zaxby's to the fullest! They told me every order is made fresh.... I placed my order for 2 kids nibblers and one chicken finger plate for myself including an order of fried pickles for all of us to share. As I approached the window to give the cashier my money my order was ready to go... I paid and we left.... Got home and the kids took everything out the bag... Zaxby's forgot to give us our order of fried pickles... The chicken was not crispy but instead chewy with hard ends. I've heard a lot of good things about this specific location but I guess I didn't have the best of luck tonight. Don't bother asking for fresh orders... The first time I've ever been denied a fresh order from any fast food location.

I'm always going to Zaxby's on Oyster Point Road in Newport News to get a salad. Their salads are usually fresh which is why I go. This time, it was not. I picked through my entire salad because the lettuce was turning brown and the remaining lettuce that wasn't brown was wilted and mushy. The cucumber and tomatoes weren't fresh, and the bread was soggy. Not happy and will not be returning to this location.

The food was decent as usual but you do lose a bit of that magic in the flavor when the staff treats you wrong. My wife went in to order food and there was a wait which is always fine and expected. While my wife waited like a normal human, staff and manager kept on nagging her with speeches about how she was just going to have to wait. Imagine standing and waiting for your food, not saying anything and being patient then people all of a sudden start talking to you like you're a problem. I like Zaxby's food but I'm not going to buy it if I'm going to be treated like an inconvenience for doing so.

I was going to get a salad but y'all don't have any good dressings anymore you did away would you Mediterranean, and you need to get thousand Island dressing. Lots of folks do not like the dresses that y'all carry. I wanted a salad but no good dressings were available so I had to get chicken which I really didn't want.
