I just had my first and last visit. I bought Garlic-Parmesan wings. The wings were dry and tough due to being terribly over cooked. AWFUL. The food pics in the store looked far better than the actual product. The wings were coated with some very salty spice, which I was guess was supposed to be the garlic-parmesan.

First time going to this location. As soon as I opened the door I knew I was in the right place. The smell of cleanliness lit up my whole body. I pre ordered my food online with no problems. I had to wait a few minutes on my order which I didn’t mine because it smelled so good from the cleaning products they used. I do apologize the young man was making conversation with me, it was hard to understand him but the smile behind whatever he was trying to say, I can tell it was genuine. Another employee came out to put the soda/ lemonade machine together. When I saw him doing that I can tell he cleaned the washers and other components to soda machine. That made me happy being in the medical field. So I ordered 50 wings for my co workers, ugh I was only able to get one lemon pepper but that one freaking wings was the bomb! Extra crispy like I ordered. The wings were a hit at my job! Everybody asked where I got those wings. Thank you for service and the best lemon pepper wing I’ve ever had. I live in Chesapeake and get wings from another place and I will not be going back there after trying America’s best wings. Thank you!!

Great location in janaf shopping center, staff very nice and pleasant, atmosphere nice and chill, the decor is basic and clean, very bright inside, when you walk in the smell is amazing, I did a 5pm walkin Togo Dinner order of the plain fried chicken wings, boneless BBQ wings, hush puppies, mozzarella sticks. Hmmm very well cooked fresh and hot, So Good! The serving size was enough for two person to enjoy. The wait time was pretty good not to long. I can't believe the lies up here.. this place should not be open... They sell used food from previous days.. the kitchen is dirty.. the service is bad with attitude. I learned the hard way .. I would ride past it and say no I'll go somewhere else. But the one time going was horrible.. please stay away.. don't the the good reviews...

This Americas best is honestly pretty good, never had an issue until now. My husband ordered 10 piece night before and he was shorten, so we didn’t think anything of it due to restaurant was closing soon, So today I goes to get me a 20 piece and I was shorten by 2 wings. I paid $25 for 20 pieces of wings and only received 18 pieces.
