2yeras ago I got their seafood boiI BOMB so this time I ordered the soft shell crabs and the shrimp the f9 just the weekend before last I should have checked my food before I left. I got to my sisters house and looked at my food I swear they had baby soft shell crabs that looked like they were left-overs and fried again they were the smallest I have ever seen the shrimp and fries were good but I really wanted some crabs.

"Great food tbh." That's the review I left two years ago. There used to be women always working the front. For the past few weeks there's been a guy taking orders. I've been ordering from here for like 3-4 years and have NEVER had a problem. Until last week, I called in and asked for extra sauce on my honey BBQ wings. The guy on the phone says, "no extra sauce on your wings" I asked, "Why I've been getting extra sauce for years." He's literally fussing at me 10 seconds in. He said in extremely broken English "If you want extra you pay extra for the sauce" Although his tone wasn't correct AT ALL, I said, "Sure how much for extra sauce?" He then says with what sounded like his chest was out, "Three dolla!". I said in a calm tone, "$3? Usually it costs $.50 - .$75 for extra condiments at a restaurant." He then YELLS AT ME, "If you want extra sauce then you order from another store!"I then asked him, "If I've been speaking to you respectfully and calm this entire time, why are you yelling at me? Are you ok?" He asks, "What?" Like all of a sudden he can't hear. I repeated myself and he couldn't formulate a verbal response that made sense. I told him I would've still bought the wings without the extra sauce because I've been ordering from there for sooo long. Eventually I hung up in his face. It's unfortunate that the reason they will never ever get my business again is because of how I was spoken to and treated. I get there being a culture and language barrier but absolutely TF not. America's Best Wings staff would NEVER speak to me that way. They're more expensive but I never have to ask for extra sauce either. Bay Bays set up shop in OUR neighborhood yet spoke to me like I was not a regular who helps pay their bills? Never tf again.

Over priced and he gave me fries when I asked for corn several times. Which is cool but he definitely charged me the up charge for corn.
Food was horrible fish is unseasoned and soft ….terrible customer service since the guy has been there…Don’t eat here they put establishments in our community and act as if we owe them and treat customers with disrespect get them out of here.

I called in at 905pm to place my order he said that it is $2 extra for catfish...that's fine...he said that my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes...I sent my son to pick up my order...the guy starts yelling at him that there is no order they are closed and starts turning off the lights...I call up there to ask about my order he tells me that the ticket did not print in the back... whatever that means so I ask can I order now...he says no they closed and hung up the phone...they have the WORST service...nasty attitude...never again!
