Went here withy family no one greeted us at the door a young woman sat in the back looking at us at the door then turned her head and continued looking at us afterwards so I waited another 2 minutes because my 4 yr old is getting hungry and walk towards the young lady only to find three more employees socializing I ask if someone is working the door the young man told me someone will be with you I told him we've been waiting and he and the young women look at me and again said someone will be with you I then walked out this can be better with better service don't visit this place until it has gotten better I really give this place -5 Stars

Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. 3 of us were seated and it took about 30 minutes for one of the servers to realize we were there and be given menus. It took 4 tries for us to get the correct drinks which still did not taste good. I think the server was on shrooms or something because the things she did or didn’t do were unexplainable and baffling. Food was very disappointing and not up to par. Do not recommend. Too many other options in the area to settle for that absolute clown show

Hands down the worst BWW experience of my life. Waited at the front door forever and finally decided to just go sit at the bar, consistently empty drinks, watered down alcoholic beverages, food was cold after waiting for it far too long, and the worst customer service I’ve seen in a restaurant!

Oh yeah. Now I remembered why I hadn’t been here for some time. Last time I came I waited over an hour to get food and they still messed up the order. Now 4yrs later I try it again and it was no better.Arrived and there was no one at the door. Ok. Waited about 10 mins and someone finally came. He said ok sit anywhere. I said oh ok. So me and my guests went and sat. So we waited for someone to come and take our order and about 15mins later a waiter called Tyrone finally came over. Mind you there was other waitresses and waiters just standing around eating and just being there instead of doing there job. Yes the restaurant was empty but I am sure there was things to be done.Anyway Tyrone took our drink orders and we ordered food. Everything we ordered it was oh it doesn’t come with that or that’s extra. Or that’s take our only. Like what does come with our food.Guess I’ll try again in another 4yrs.You have got to do better

My first and last time there. We was standing up front waiting to be seated. Even though the restaurant had about 2 people in there and the waitresses saw us standing there it still took about 5 minutes to be seated. After being seated and again the waitresses are aware that we are there it took 10 minutes before the waiter got to our table.so we ordered and I ordered water with lemon slices. He brought the drinks and I had no lemon so I said you forgot my lemons. Do you know the waiter came back to the table with one lemon slice in his hand and sat it on my glass of water? So i said could I have some more and he asked how many and I said 5. So he bought them in a cup so I took the one he had bought with his hand and threw it away. After listening to all the waitresses just laughing and joking and watching him join in we decided to just leave. Never will I return here. I see why they only have 3 stars

What a great experience and amazing turn around for this place. The staff was friendly and cheerful, food hot n fresh and the place was clean..Definitely will return . The B-Dubs after dark $4.00 pretzel knots are Bomb!!!!!!..

The manager is terrible called me early in the morning and being rude I feel he needs to recognize you never laugh at a customer when you trying to be slick and never handle the situation he bad for business and for their brand he needs to be retrained how to conduct himself w customers concerns. No customer deserves to see dirty tables and managers don't say excuse me and random customers claim to be employee and steal food out the employees food warmer
I recommend not going here online said they open at 11:00 and we got here and tried walking in at 11:10 and the door was still locked so I called them and asked are y'all open they said yes one sec and hung up they had seen us standing outside and the service was crappy our server was very slow we had asked for silverware so we can eat our wings and by the time she had brought them to us we were already almost done with our food we had three little kids and she had brought them all big cups instead of kid cups there were two servers in a corner laughing while we were still sitting there waiting for our food and when our food came out it was cold so I do not recommend coming here.

Went to grab a beer and some appetizers before the Admirals game Friday night. Went to the bar area and grabbed a table. Used the QR code on the table to order a beer and fries. Fries came out about 20 minutes later which wasn’t terrible. After about 30 minutes and a few interactions with our server who checked with the bartender multiple times we still have no beer. There was a “shortage” of tall glasses even though there was less than 20 customers in the whole restaurant. I finally went up to the bar to see where my draft beer was the MOD walked by all the taps saying they didn’t even offer the beer I ordered, meanwhile I was sitting directly in front of the tap of the beer that I ordered. The bartender finally acknowledged me after waiting at the bar for over 15 minutes. Overall received my 1 beer an hour into my time there, never received and apology or acknowledgement of the ridiculous delay from the Manager or the bartender. The only decent employee in the whole place was our server who said multiple times she wished she could get behind the bar to serve our drinks instead of us seeing the bartenders eye rolls every time our server asked her about our order.
