Went in about 3 pm Drive through took about 20 minutes just to get talked to...couldnt back out becauseof the other cars....food was cold and stale and incorrect (like they had given me a bag of food that had been sitting on the counter for a while). Didn't even want to bring it back because the inside was locked out and I didn't want to have to wait 20 more minutes to get it corrected. Waste of time and money.

This location is NASTY, I wish I could rate them a, zero. The unprofessional manager they have there (4/4/24 around 2:20pm)by the name of Jason or Rob (whatever his real name is) with the missing/rotten teeth & tongue piercing. This manager got upset due to me questioning him about, why would he let a off duty employee come in from off the street with a backpack on & street clothes, come straight in the store, proceed behind the counter and make himself a oreo shake, no gloves, didn't was hands, nothing, chat with employees that were working & then left, the "mgr" said nothing? This same manager let another employee wear a white durag, scratching in his head, no gloves, etc and his response to me was, "he wasn't serving the customers. " Proceeded to call me an "idiot" because, the comment of not serving customers has nothing to do with, the cleanliness presentation, hygiene and overall food handling protocols that should be in place. I then went inside to get this mgr name & my refund (due to me being in the drive thru). The mgr see's me coming in the store & go into the office & stay. I had to get one of the workers to tell him to come out. I'm not sure what the "franchise owner" requirements of this location for managers are, but the requirements can't be much. The food establishment permit expired in 2022 and that proudly hangs on the wall, with 2 inch dust on it. Another customer came out behind me saying how rude that particular mgr always is & how he continuously locks the doors to the lobby during daytime hours, in which he done the same thing when I was sitting in parking lot calling the health department. All I can say is, EAT AT THIS LOCATION AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! I got my refund & gave them their food back!

Well, after over 50 yrs. of enjoying their food and service , my family ,friends and associates are done with BK. The final straw, and there are dozens of them, was not able to cash a national gift card(Tango) on my phone. this was the 3rd such specific instance. They have refused National coupons accepted by the other BKs for over 2.5 yrs. Roll up one day, no burgers! Roll up another day no COKE! Roll up another day and you can get a drink with no ice, and no refills. There are numerous problems. But whether you complain to the cashier, asst. mgr. or manager you are getting the same result. So I contacted BK customer service 4 times over 2 years. After twice being told how sorry customer service was about my experiences....NO COMPENSATION! So they're enough good burger places I don't have to drive 9.4 miles for a whopper; OR NOT! that location may have an unprofessional owner, manager. Or maybe the next city: or maybe the next state. And if you complain, the customer service will say "I'm sorry, there is nothing we can do. Don't take a chance on taking your kids to one of these. I have 5 excellant places on this same site to get great food and service in Norfolk. Thanks

Hope you have a lot of time if you go here on lunch break. I've sat in this drive thru for 29 mins so far and still haven't gotten my food. This Is a common occurrence here. Service sucks, but then you get cold food too.

I've been here twice this week for breakfast on my way to work. Both times the doors locked. It's 8:20 right now. The sign says 8:00 it's open. I'll go on down the road a little bit further to McDonald's I guess.

The employees themself are fine I guess but this locations struggles on every thing and really has no business being open. They do their best to look closed , theyre grossly understaffed , constantly out of half of the popular items like whoppers and they keep closing their lobby but don't even answer in the drive thru.Just save the staff some stress and any customers left some time and close this location.

They are getting from bad to worse and losing customers like crazy. I am currently waiting in line for over 30 minutes. I am at the speaker to place my order for the past 10 minutes, no one to take the order, cars behind me are leaving. What a shame!

At 8:00 pm on Thursday couldn't order if you didn't have EXACT change, and no Debit or credit card were being taken no lights outside in parking lot. I'd been there earlier in day around 12:30 and ordered a cheeseburger and it was delicious. DON'T GO FOR DINNER AFTER 7:
