I went in as a party of 1. There were 2 other tables sat, but it was not busy. It took over an hour for 2 eggs, hashbrown, grits & toast. 2 full tables who came in after me were sat, ordered, got their food, checks, and left before I got my food. A group that was sat when I walked in(not sure for how long, but they had beverages on the table), also watched those 2 tables come and go before they received most of their food. I will not be returning to this establishment when next in town.

This place is AMAZING! Food is delicious - I had a very simple breakfast (eggs, bacon, grits, coffee, toast) and they made something basic phenomenal - the bacon was thick, crisp & the grits were creamy, served with butter...daughter had French toast - it must've been 5 inches thick! Service was great - friendly staff. Atmosphere was comfortable. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Small cafe, but excellent service and the food is amazing. We had to wait a little bit outside for a large enough table (there were five of us), but totally worth the wait. Plenty of vegan options as well.Vegetarian options: The vegan Reuben was fantastic.

Was excited to try this place based on word of mouth. Food was mediocre at best, maybe we should’ve had lunch instead of breakfast. Atmosphere was uncomfortable, mainly because the establishment was not clean to me. Floors peeling, and could use a good sweeping. We sat to the back, corner shelf had so much dirt and debris underneath. Sadly I would not come back.

Very nice, quirky little place near the Chrysler Museum in Norfolk. The food was great as was the atmosphere and service. We'll definitely be heading back there next time we are on the Southside!

This is a Norfolk Best kept Secret. You know why cause I got lost finding it. It's like a NY breakfast spot. It's a small spot so the staff has extreme coordination going on. I found myself staring at someone's order of French Toast. That Bread was different like they ship it in from France or something. I Got Chicken and Waffles. My first time having real chicken and waffles. I sit at the bar and watch them cooking like I am at My cousins house. The Most diverse crowd in Norfolk. It's like if you know you know crowd. They all know Good Food. Coming back for that Wierd looking I bet it's Good As Hell French Toast.

Stopped in this morning for a quick drink. Their drink menu was fabulous with a wide variety of coffee and “adult beverages”. I had the cranberry mint mimosa and was pleasantly surprised. The mint sugar rim was absolutely the cherry on top. I was greeted immediately by a friendly server whos name i did not get however, I was served by Nick and had one of the best dining experiences. I would 10/10 recommend this quaint cafe hidden on Grace St. If you’re looking for vegan alternatives this place has everything you can dream of. I recommend asking for Nick as your server and ordering the avocado toast!

Started out great but then they changed chefs food went downhill and thats when they have all the ingredients plenty of times i ordered something and they had to substitute or nothing at all,then gave my wife and brother in law real bad food poisoning this past sunday the only reason why i didnt get sick is because i ate somewhere else so beware
