This location doesn't have the same quality of food or service other locations do. Management is short with guests, service is slow. Wouldn't recommend going to this location. I'd rather eat a frozen pizza or go to a fast food restaurant for better customer service.

I had the california club pizza. It was pretty good but a lot of lettuce on it in my opinion. Go during peak times for best service. The southwest egg rolls were actually really good. Just missed out on the forehead kiss though

Can't comment on food but service was disappointing. Walked in on a Tuesday night around 18:30 and it was nyo crowded at all. We requested for seats by the bar because we just wanted to get some alcohol before catching a movie. One staff passed by us twice and even informed other coworkers that we were seated by the bar. A couple other also glanced our way. Left after 10min because no one came to take our order. Maybe we didn't look like the type of customers to give tips?

I decided to try California Pizza for the first time today. Well I can’t say I tried it because no one ever came outside to take my order let alone offer me or my friend any water. We sat outside for 20 minutes and not one server came out to address us. I left staving and had to settle for fast food to settle my hunger. Based on my experience, I don’t think I would go back to try it again.

Not happy at all with the service. First wanted to eat the Jambalaya and that was not available. The second thing I ordered was not available. The server got the first order wrong. What was on the menu he said was not the same in the kitchen. Then my order come wrong. Not a location I would recommend unless you just like pizza.

I was very excited for my first time visiting CPK in my two decades of life. My friend and I shared the BBQ chicken pizza and my other friend got tomato soup with margherita pizza. The BBQ chicken pizza was pretty good, although I felt like the crust of the pizza was a bit thin to support the weight of all the toppings. My friend enjoyed her creamy tomato soup, although the large croutons were in the process of disintegrating, signifying that the soup was probably left out as the pizza finished cooking. Overall, I didn't have a bad first CPK experience and I wouldn't be opposed to returning again!

I was not impressed with this location at all. We waited a couple minutes at the entrance to be seated, which was fine; but when we were finally approached I didn't feel welcomed at all; no hello, no smile, just follow me. The restaurant itself is feeling dated. There was plenty of staff, not overly busy. I had to send back my sweetened tea, it tasted horrible, and had to reorder something different. I enjoyed the Hawaiian pizza, but overpriced for what you get. I also enjoyed the strawberry shortcake dessert. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Be prepared to download their full menu on your smartphone, they do not provide a physical menu, but they place a paper appetizer sheet on the table with a QR code. They claim covid and monkey pox for no menus.

I visited this CPK location on a Friday night around 9pm and was happy to see that it wasn't crowded. We will happily be returning, due to the pleasantries of our wonderful waitress Eliza. She was extremely attentive and friendly, and made our Strawberry lemonade perfectly delicious. Our table ordered 2 roasted garlic chicken pies and 1 pepperoni. It did take a bit of time for our pies to arrive but after tasting them, it was well worth it.And seeing as how the pies are made to order, a bit of a wait is completely understandable. Thanks again to Eliza, and we look forward to visiting again.Vegetarian options: There is a nice selection of vegetarian options on the menu as well as opting for cauliflower crust. Kid-friendliness: There's a nice variety on the kids menu.Parking: I appreciate that mall parking is available, Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs, and the tables are wheelchair accessible.

At first we thought they were closed, then we walked in through the wrong entrance lol. They weren't crowded at all during the time of day we went which was for a late lunch. The host was very nice and we were seated right away which was great. Our server came over to let us know what was available and take our orders if we were ready. He was very pleasant and when no one at the bar made my drink he took charge and made it himself which was definitely A1 in my book. CPK has an extensive menu so there was no issue with either of us finding something we wanted. We ended up getting the Roasted Garlic Chicken on the regular crust but you can sub it for cauliflower crust if you desire. I also got the Szechwan Chicken Dumplings and a Sparkling Cranberry Cooler. I think we also had a Classic Caesar salad.. To-Go we picked up a Plant-Based BBQ Chicken Pizza with Cauliflower crust for a relative and she loved it! The one thing that seemed like it could be a bit problematic was that there seemed like a lot of people who came in just to use the restroom even though they weren't dining. Not a big deal at all but when I went to wash my hands, it looked like some of those people made a mess leaving paper towels and tissue everywhere and this likely created more work for the employees there. I hope that isn't something they have to deal with on a regular basis... That didn't take away from my visit however. I was satisfied and would come back when in the area.

Delicious food and dessert? Despite seeming short staffed they had great customer service, if not excellent customer service and quality concern towards each customer. Great place to eat☺️??

Food is great: service is great. Wine is sometimes not cold enough. Host is not to friendly she walks around with ear buds in. Other than that it's a great place

My wife and I had their ribeye steak and it was delicious. It came out as ordered and hot. I have only been here twice but both times the experience was great. Haven't tried their pizza which I will do on our next visit.

First time back at this location since the Va beach one isn't open. We are here on a Sunday at 2:30. We were ready to order drinks and food, waitress didn't write down anything there was 6 of us. She got everything perfect! Service was fast but she was busting her butt! Felicia was amazing and the cooks my hat is off to you! Missed all the yummy food!
