I ordered cheese fries and the cheese was burnt, there was only enough fries to cover the bottom of the container, and the fries that were there weren't even food. I got a cheese pizza, which isn't disgusting but did make me feel sick after 2 slices. If I could compare it to anything, it would be chuck e cheese pizza. First and last time ordering. It's clear from these reviews that I should've just picked anything else.

We live and work in Ghent and used to be regulars here. I know this store has had changes in management; it used to be amazing and dependably delicious and fast. unfortunately that’s no longer the case. We have ordered about 3 times in the last six months, and every time our pizza has arrived in a raw state. Raw bell peppers. Raw dough. Really disappointing. The food arrives lightning fast still- it’s just raw and inedible. Will not be ordering from this location until I hear things turn around.

I’ve visited this location many times and honestly i’ve never had any complaints until today’s. I ordered a small cheese pizza which at first glance looked so gross. The crust was flat, lumpy, and tastes weird. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and I wish I could get a refund.

I’ve never noped out of a job so fast in my life. First shift, was kindly informed by other employees that you were expected to work on holidays and overtime without holiday or overtime pay, and to never expect the store to be properly staffed. I was told I’d be lucky to run the store with myself and two others, even on busy nights. They had me start working without an employee number so I was unable to clock in. I promptly left and informed upper management, who told me I’d receive a check for the hours I worked and the orientation the day before. Two pay periods have passed, and I guess my time means nothing to them as I’ve yet to receive anything. I’ve reached out to every higher up, to HR, to customer service, and the most response I get is an automated voice telling me they have sent me to voicemail. Two thumbs way way down for this company and its leaders. I pity the poor overworked people they’ve employed and run into the ground, and am grateful they told me day one how this company runs so I could get out quick

Food was quick and pizza was also great, im not sure why so many people give it bad reviews/why their ratings aren’t way higher. Maybe they weren’t great a couple months ago but I highly encourage you to try them again as I was very happy with my order.

I live right around the corner and frequent chanellos at this location and typically love it. The best thing is their awesome rewards program. I have several free cookies. Last week, I used one. When I arrived, they let me know their cookies looked “gross” and offered a brownie instead. It was awesome. Just ordered another cookie and when I picked it up, it was so greasy it’s almost inedible and falling apart. Hopefully you guys can fix this .. on the other hand it’s free food soooo

Totally missed the delivery was late by about an hour, total miscommunication despite clearly explanation the delivery time frame. Also didn't bring in plates and Napkins as requested.
