I bought two subs from here - staff was a little unenthusiastic but the smaller of the subs I got was great! I wish I had gotten a larger version of it. The medium sized sub I got was not as good. Definitely worth exploring the menu!

Omg! RACISTS in the worst way! I stopped by to get a cheesesteak. I walked in and headed to the restroom as I had to go to the restroom real bad ( Stage 2 kidney disease). When you gotta go you gotta go..... The man standing at the counter mumbled something .... I said, "Are you talking to me?" He said, "Yes! The restroom is broken!" I said, "Are you sure? There is no sign up." He said, "You can try it." So, I tried the door, but it was locked. So I said, "it's locked so you have the key?" He said, "No! The restroom is for customers!" I said, "Well, I have to use the restroom first then I can order." I continued by asking for his name as he did not have on a name tag. I also asked for the district manager. Another man walked from the back and inquired about the situation. I explained that the one at the counter said the restroom was broken which was a lie! Also, he does not have a name tag on. He said his name was Peter and he is the district manger. He went on to say, the man at the counter could say anything he wanted to and the restroom is for paying customers!" I said, Well there should be a sign posted! How am I supposed to know that if I don't work here!" Either way I left! Will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!! Went to Jason deli used the restroom first! Placed a $6.00 order just because! I truly believe he said that because I am black. This placed should be closed down! They don't treat people like that in other communities.

A quick yummy food court pick up meal! I love how the meat is cooked fresh right when you order it instead of getting old meat that has been sitting out for awhile. I also like how you can actually watch them while cooking it. So you're always gauranteed a fresh hot sandwhich! I absolutely enjoyed my sandwhich and fresh, very fresh tasting and it was not greasy.

Since I had time to eat an early dinner before my shift I decided to give this a try. I approached the cashier, smiled, and greeted them. I was greeted and asked to place my order. I noticed the menu had changed and I asked if they still offered the Ultimate Club. The cashier replied that they didn't know and they were new to this Charley's. I assured them that it was no problem and I stated that I will simply choose something else. I briefly looked at the new menu and within 5 seconds began to place an order. During this time, the cashier began a cell phone conversation and turned away as if I had suddenly disappeared. I was confused and assumed that there was something that warranted an emergency but also was put off by the fact that I was being purposefully ignored. I made eye contact with one of the employees working the grill who was at a loss and I looked again to the cashier who was fully engrossed in their phone conversation. After 45 seconds, I went to another restaurant in the food court, where I was given much better customer service. As someone who gives excellent customer service in spite of these hard times, it is extremely disappointing to have experiences like this when I am in need of service. I truly hope they haven't done this to other customers.

If I could give a negative status I would! I ordered from the app and was given a delivery time. After waiting almost an hour I get a status change to delivery canceled. They did not give me a refund. They have no 800 nber to speak with anyone about a refund. I call the Monticello Ave location to find out what was going on because the delivery text said contact Monticello location and gave their number. Guess what happened....I called 10 times and each time it's like they are having dropped calls where the line just hangs up with no answer. All of this after they got my money and a delivery fee. They kept their food and kept my money!

The meat tasted like an old sandwich. The service was terrible. My stomach started hurting ? right after I finished eating. I think he spat in my food. I don’t recommend this place at all. Please plz don’t try it for your own sake!

The meat was burnt and very VERY salty also there was hardly any cheese on the sub. I could not even eat the sandwich it was so disgusting. Money just wasted be because it had to be trashed
