Food was ok my only problem is the staff needs better training on food preparation when making the sandwich (You aren't suppose to handle raw foods then ready to eat foods (cheese,lettuces tomatoes ect) when making peoples food that cross-containation & you can make customers very sick management needs to beware of this immediately!!

Service was good ! I stopped by for a veggie sandwich in particular, I didn't see it on the menu so I asked if I could customize my own sub. I believe Jonathan said "We have a veggie delight sub" & off the dome he started naming everything that was up there ! Which I appreciate because I didnt see the option on the menu but he was helpful about trying to get me what it was I was asking for and helped me out ! He was patient, understanding and informative. My food was fresh, and HOT, just how I like it . I'll be back ! I got a meal , veggie delight, cheese fries and strawberry lemonade, everything was great, I was satisfied ;)

The employees were miserable, seemed liked they hated thier job, not a hello, a thank you, or even a smile. My order was incorrect. I am not sure what they gave me but it was dry, had ingredients I can not even have (mushrooms). I ordered the chicken Buffalo and there was no Buffalo. The ultimate fry add on I ordered was a hot goopy mess. There was only 3 jalepenos, a ton of cheese, and the bacon didn't even resemble bacon. It appeared to be like a raw ham. I really wasn't expecting much since it was either this sandwich shop or the sushi place that was open in the food court, but I feel like I should have at least had a decent sandwich for what I paid.

they won’t give me my money back. ordered door dash, door dash forgot part of my order. charleys told me to call door dash. door dash told me charleys has to refund me. but charleys doesn’t want to answer the phone or give me my money back. don’t go to this location
I have stopped for a bite to eat at this Charleys Cheeseteak twice now. I always order the same which is the regular cheesesteak with everything on it, cheese fries, and a soda. It wasn't busy, so I received my meal quickly. The food was fresh and they gave a nice portion of cheese fries. The staff was friendly. It seemed pretty clean. I think the area where the straws, napkins, condiments are could use some more attention. There were plenty places to sit on the inside and the outside of the food court. There is a nice view of the pavilion and the water. I think this is the perfect place to have a quick bite to eat when shopping at the outlets. Don't skip the cheese fries!

Good Food, Bad Customer Service!!!!!! Originally door dashed the food the dasher said they gave another dasher my order so i cancelled the door dash order and went up there to get food instead. I went on 05.15.22 at 5:30pm. Ordered #1 Philly, was given chicken instead. They made me re-pay for the meal. Then gave me fries instead of bacon fries and then after all mistakes took place? They then told me i still need to pay $0.60 for for ranch for my sons chicken tender kids meal so apparently that doesn't come with sauce either. Overall they did not look out for the customer. The food is always good but its not worth the trip they will leave you frustrated and unhappy. Might as well go somewhere else!!!

Food tasted good but being a manager at my own Philly cheesesteak restaurant the manager here had no idea about his products like what kind of bread they use or where they came from if they were true Philly bread. Service wasn't the best ether

I stop by yesterday with my brother. The steak sub was hot and delicious. Our food was ready in five minutes. The services was great. Will definitely return. ????

The worker was preparing the food with gloves on he added the raw meat to grill and touch the bread with the same gloves on, I brought it to his attention that he was cross contaminating the bacteria from raw meat he change the gloves to finish preparing my food, but continued to do the same thing with the next customer’s order I will never eat here again and I will spread the word to my family and friends because someone is going to get very sick from this place.?
