I didn't see the added gratuity nor the credit card fee listed on the menu. Next, they are extremely skip on the protein topping. I ordered the Pesto chicken Pizza special and it lacked pesto sauce. The pizza tastes like crust and cheese with only the vegetable toppings. The entire pizza had like three pieces of Chicken. This place sucks

Bartender charged my credit card twice even after I informed him he gave me the wrong tab initially. It is unfortunate I have to contact my credit card company to report fraud since the bartender didn’t care.Save your receipts!Additionally, bad smell, inappropriate security guards, music was good.

This place is absolutely horrible, they fell off so bad. 5 people at my table ordered slices of pizza and they only brought out 4 slices and of course I was the one with the missing slice, I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my slice to show, literally had to watch everyone else eat while I was hungry and the waiter/bartender had no care at all or didn’t even acknowledge they’re mistake, I even told the manager and she didn’t say anything either, they did not care about anything, they Chesapeake location is much better and more customer friendly

Great for people who love loud music, can’t hear conversations with your partner though. Not when there’s a band playing lol.Waited about 40 minutes for an order placed ahead of time. Just came to pick up a pizza, wasn’t here to chill. No walk space. It’s cool if it’s a Saturday night, you wanna go to a bar, have music playing. Not good if you just want their food lol.

I love Chicos! I got my nails done, and I wanted to go eat at my favorite Pizza spot. I was not greeted upon entering and ignored for at least five minutes. Another Couple came in, who looked different than me and knew the waitress. The couple happen to be amazing people and treated me better than the waitress. It felt like I was only being served because they were there and they happened to be near me. Throughout the duration of my visit, I had to call my waitress over to help me, but they never did. My adjusting feedback is treat everyone the same, you have a great product. Don’t let your staff ruin your business and your ability to make money. Carlee M shows preferential treatment to her friends. It just so happened that I’m a minority so it initially felt personal but I didn’t feel it was because of that. Fix it.

I was originally trying to go to a Philly Cheesesteak spot, BUT I ended up going here, AND what a pleasant surprise. The food was GREAT, and the service BUBBA provided was top-notch!!!!!

This place should be condemned. The "security" is going to get themselves hurt due to their inability to have a civil conversation and inability to understand their role. Which makes sense why they wear fake bulletproof vests. Moment we walked in it smelled of straight vomit and the floors felt like glue. If the owner allows this I could only imagine how gross the food is. Avoid this place at all costs!

1/2/24 - I have been here a few times and very familiar with another Chichos location. I recently went with a group of friends this past Saturday. Adam our server was super nice and gave us great service throughout our dine in. I got a pizza, fries, and the corn dog nuggets. Everything tasted great. The corndog nuggets were cooked just right. The pizza was great and love their spicy red sauce. The place is pretty spacious as well.
