This is the closest chick fil a to my house so I frequently dine here. Each time, they do not give enough sauces. No matter how many I order through the app, they will only give 2 per meal. I have never seen a location so stingy for sauces.

Whoever is taking orders outside needs to pay attention and listen to the customer. Asked for grilled and got fried. She never put in what sauces I asked for either. This holds up your line when people have to ask again at the window!

Yesterday I ordered the yogurt Greek parfait it was not good it taste like sour milk I tried to call bk 4 times today and twice yesterday day no one wld answer the phone this is extremely disappointed

I have gone there twice now and they have gotten my order wrong. Really disappointed. This started last week on a Wednesday and today!!
My office orders from this location very often! This will be the last!!!! We are ONLY 3 mins away and found out when staff arrived with order that there was a $81 delivery fee. At the time of the delivery I then had residents in my office ready to eat their breakfast so I had no choice to pay. Doug (DM) is the person that delivered and honestly showed no empty. Tiffany which was on the phone to take the delivery fee seemed to care more than Doug. Mind you, someone took my order, another person called me back about the order and NO ONE mentioned such LARGE delivery fee. Again, this is NOT ok!Doug- Stated "we can take it back to the store". WRONG ANSWER DOUG!!!
So I come here quite often, and I will say that I have never gotten great service through the drive-through. Typically people have attitudes or seem as if I’m unconvincing them. There are two girls in particular that have colored hair that’s bright colored and they are always rude and today I had amazing customer service from a girl named Kayla! In the drive-through line, she was so sweet and so kind and just seemed like she was a happy person, which just brightened up my day! People like her are what makes this company so great
