If I could 0 stars for atmosphere I WOULD. I was trying to enjoy my meal. I couldn’t, because it was way too smokey and hot in the lobby area. I ended up finishing my meal elsewhere.

Ladies up front were very polite, my food was good and hot. I ate in the dining room, which was very clean. It was very smokey while I sat and ate tho, and it diminished my experience.

Went in a couple days ago to get some lunch, a worker tomon? i think, he had all gums no teeth and 10in cranium, was really rude and had a bad attitude, overall food was stale.

If you feel like being on time to wherever you’re going, don’t go here. There were three people waiting when I got there, and instead of trying to push food out that paying customers actually ordered they were joking and bickering between the kitchen staff and the front end staff, and one of the cashiers at the front when one of her friends came in Her friend asked if she could have an “extra” biscuit and proceeded to give her a then free sausage biscuit. I ordered one burrito and it took them 15 minutes to hand my order out which wasn't even hot when i got it. It would’ve been faster and better if I just went and waited with 30 people at the webb chick fil a. I have learned my lesson for sure

Walk in only, no drive thru! Self-service kiosks are easy to use and include a sign to ask for help if needed, which they will happily. Campus or credit card only, NO CASH. Use GrubHub in advance if you want to pick up the order on the spot.Parking: It was tough to find parking during busy hours, but around 5pm was fine, not too busy. Lots of walk-in orders vs. dine in so they don't stay parked for long periods.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, just a double door, but not automatic.

Probably the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. You can’t use the Chick-fil-A app for anything, and all ordering must be done through a GrubHub kiosk (which is not user friendly and kinda sucks.). I got the grilled nuggets meal with a kale salad on the side. They both tasted fine but the kale salad was more like a tablespoon or so of kale and mostly empty container otherwise. They were put in the same bag together so everything was also just a weird temperature, also didn’t get my fries :(

Food is consistent, only ever gotten one order wrong and I've been dozens of times, and the one time it was wrong they gave me a free meal and refund.

Definitely need to clean house with these workers. I came in at 10:10 and they shut down all the options to get food/customize your food because they wanted to start closing down. The two workers at the front are saying how they’re getting mad because people are trying to order lettuce on their sandwiches. No options to order any food or sauce. They disable all the popular items to entice people to not order so they can close down early. Came for a cobb salad out of stock, then when I go to get my southwest salad from the counter she informs me that theyre out of forks??? Ok cool no biggie then when I ask for an extra avocado ranch she’s like “okay” and as she goes to the back she lets out the loud groan “OH MY GODDDDD.” like girl sorry you have to do the job you signed up for?? Their attitudes are HORRIBLE they’re in there being rude and playing loud music with the curse words just blaring. Definitely the worst chick fil a around here.

The kiosk is so confusing and the staff see rude and untrained this is nothing like the usual chick fale and it’s sad to see. For good food and quick service the Panera next door is much better.

My food is always fresh they're a little short staffed so there is a wait no big deal about that. I go here often and they actually know what I'm getting when I walk in.

This Chick-fil-A is shockingly bad. Very lazy and incompetent staff that moves through orders very slow on a routine basis and often gets orders wrong. Don’t try going past 8:30 either because 95% of the menu will be unavailable. Only redeeming aspect of this place is the convenient location, close to ODU’s University Village Apartments.

One of the few places in the USA that does not accept US dollars. Service is not fast by any measure. It was clean and the food was delicious as in any Cfila. The kiosk ordering was a small nightmare: many product were missing, impossible to customize your order.

The food that we got was incorrect and cold. When talking to the workers, they are incompetent and not helpful. I tried to ask for a refund because they apparently did not have cheese and I paid for it and they said that they do not do refunds. What is their actual purpose? This establishment does not appear to hold the Chic-Fil-A values and I will never be coming here again. Chic-Fil-A needs to shut this location down.
