The food is always fresh. The service is great. Especially if you sit at the bar. The Atmosphere is very chill and relax.... Definitely a great place to come eat and handle any business on a laptop or etc forsure

Shout out to our server--the last man standing. It was 7:55 pm and we didn't realize they were closing at 8 pm. He not only welcomed us and gently reminded us that the kitchen just started to shut down and a few items might not be available, but then he encouraged us to STAY and enjoy ourselves. He was gracious and courteous. I wish I could remember his name but can only remember that he had worked in a Chilis in FL and recently moved to VA. His husband is in the Navy. Mad respect for someone with a smile, good server skills, and an obvious love for being a server. Happy to tip 40% to someone who makes the profession honorable and noble. The food was good too but that doesn't matter as much if the service is poor. Thank you Chilis for your 3 for $11.

I have quite a history when it comes to my time at MacArthur mall. I use to go to the child play place next door called called Jillians, and I remember seeing Chili's there. Now that I am 26 and have my own car and money, I thought I might check it out. The ambience I can say was very nostalgic. The place looked new with its renovations but I still felt the charms of what I might have looked like in the 2000s and 2010s. For my service, my server did a good job to make sure I had drinks and brought my food to me at a reasoning time. The food was honestly very average except for the ribs. The spices definitely made the ribs taste pretty good. However, I personally feel like the price is too high for them. I get that meat costs money and inflation is having a impact on prices. But I did not get much meat off the ribs and I personally feel that I shouldn't have to pay a lot of money for little to no meat on my ribs.Overall, I would say my experience was just average. Not too special and not too terrible.

It took over 20 minutes for a host to even acknowledge us. After that, a server never came to the table. We ended up leaving. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

This was my first time not only in the state but at this establishment . Not sure how to feel . I sat the bar ... the service was real blah . The bar tender was unable to make none of the drinks I asked for . He said that management did not want him to stir away from the menu , which I thought I was weird . The food however , was okay. I would come back , I just wouldn't order a drink at the bar the place was quiet yet clean. .

Went out to eat with my wife. Food was actually really good. Fresh, flavorful, hot. Only thing that I didn't like was due to it being a very slack day they seated everyone in their main area which isn't that big. Didn't have the choice to spread out much. Other than that. Great

One of the best Irish pubs I've ever been to. Love this place. It's a must go to every time I'm in town.

We believe our waitresses name was Cassandra.. it was kind of hard to tell since from the beginning of our interaction she was Incredibly hostile. She started off by rushing us to order and once we didn’t know what we wanted she left and didn’t return for about 20+ minutes .. when she returns we get a “are you guys FINALLY ready to order.” Our order gets “lost” as she put it and she never once checks on our table. She’s attached to the bar making drinks for everyone for the whole hour. BEFORE our food even arrived she rushed us again by silently placing the check on the kiosk screen so we would just pay for the food we never received. She never asked if we would like anything else to eat.. which we did. So about another 45+ minutes go by and we decide to ask some other worker if we can be helped because our waitress abandoned our table . Never in my life have I experienced such horrendous service. Some people shouldn’t be in customer service and it’s clear she’s one . Our last request was a simple cookie skillet. This took an additional 30 minutes to arrive and we had to again get up and search for anyone to come to our table and help us receive the food we paid for. Again our food was “burnt and lost”.. why that was hard to explain in the first place I’m not sure. When our waitress finally comes back to our table after almost 2 hours we tell her we’re still waiting on our food and she goes “what food? You never placed any order w me” that’s when we inform her she wasn’t around to have an order placed . She was also extra confrontational as well. 0/10 experience. Please do yourself the favor of avoiding this establishment and chiles.. employ workers who will actual do their job.. or don’t take tables you refuse to attend to .

Waitress sucked. Casandra was her name. Wouldn’t check up on my wife and I. We had more that we wanted to order and literally said nothing and left us wit our check. Whole time we were upset and uncomfortable. We had to get another waitress to help us with our order bc she couldn’t help us. Seemed like she was helping all her other tables except us. Worst experience I had in a restaurant. Fix your employees.

Service was very unattentive, i asked for honey bbq flavoring and got honey Chipotle...yuck, i was more than halfway through my meal when I had to remind him i had asked for a water forever ago. Only plus was he took off the unlimited table games from my tab that my 8 month old accidentally purchased by going click crazy on the screen.

Horrible experience. I should have known I walked in and it was empty. I didn't know that they close at 6 on Sundays. I felt rushed. Kitchen made my food wrong then they brought the corrected food to me in tin foil. Thank God bartender was very nice and she plated it. It was still cold so I am now leaving after not eating all my food hungry. Bartender was great and got manager to cut price in half. Should have at least come out to talk to me but didn't. Now I'm going somewere else to have a meal.
