This place is a travesty. It’s in walking distance of ODU so it employs a younger staff. I understand that but the level of rudeness on display is disgusting. The food is ALWAYS cold, the counter are dirty, and the staff will look at you,no greeting and make you wait until they are ready to serve you. I only go there as a last result. I’m an older professional and live close by. I tend to go to the one in Ghent just because of the tomfoolery that goes on there. If possible,AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Been here many many times. The majority of the staff is great except when one of the managers, unfortunately didn’t get his name. Short Asian guy will Deny orders. Talked to the GM lucky for him I forgot what he looked like. GM is great but returned after that and he denies to make some items on the menu and even tells other in the store not to make them. Don’t often leave reviews but his actions make me not want to return toThis store.

This place is always out of ingredients, such as guacamole, cheese, pico, etc. Workers are extremely unprofessional. Queso typically has hard crust on top and the guacamole (when they have it) is brown. Unfortunately this is the closest location to me so I go here a lot and I'm always disappointed.
