1 Kids eat FREE every Thursday with each paying adult. I took me and my 3 little ones spent $20 for all 4 of us including soda. Kid friendly.If theybhad better games they would be a really good place for kids parties The only thing I can say is that they needed to clean more tables but of course it seemed as if it was a staffing issue and I'm sure that was pandemic related.

We came ready to eat and enjoy family day. The cashier was very nice very polite. It was clean but i looked up and saw the cook making pizza’s with no gloves. This is unsanitary and can lead to sickness because of cross contamination.

You cannot beat the price of there buffet $6.99 + drink. Pizza, pasta, and salad are great. If you ask for a special made pizza they make it just as you tell them to no extra charge, and they make it perfect. I high recommended this Cicis!!!

very very cheap prices,pizza and salad buffet with dessert the buffet price is cheap although the place can use some updating i used to go there with my mom growing up its exactly the same on the inside. Cicis is definitely worth trying especially because of its prices. I gave 3 stars because the food is good and price is good but the restaurant needs a little makeover or atleast to be kept cleaner then it was when I last visited

Im originally from Louisiana and hadn't been to a cics pizza in over 2 years. I was excited when I learned that they had one near me. My excitement turned into disappoinment. They had only 4 or 5 options for pizza and the only desert was the brownies with powdered sugar on them. The one back at home would have at least 10 diff pizza options and 4 desert options. I was in he restaurant for over an hour waiting for them to put more items out. They never did even thought they had customers coming in. I definitely won't be going back.

This location is never open. They always have some sign on the door why they can’t open or have to close early. Today it was an ‘emergency at 3’ but it’s after 4 and there is still food up and employees hanging out inside. Last time it was AC issues. It’s a waste of time even trying to go there.

The food was hot and delicious as usual. However the cleanliness of the place causes some concern. We had a hard time finding a clean table that wasn't disgusting and sticky. We asked an employee if they could wipe down a table and we were met with an eye roll and the girl said I guess. Perhaps take out might be a better option for us in the future since clearly the employees don't care about the customers.

What do people expect it's a cicis. The place is not designed to go head to head with a gourmet pizzeria. 3 people with drinks for $30. Come on you can't top that. We had a last and the fact you get to try like 10 different types of pizza always keeps the moth guessing. I'd go back again

Pizza dry not enough toppings no wonder little Caesars is doing better, salad dressing wouldn't come out and the tops were dirty , then they went up on the price but the sauce taste worse. The tables were dirty and it's covid outside.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I don't like badmouthing places I have only been to once but this place was so disgusting I couldn't finish my meal I will say the price was amazing but most of the workers weren't wearing gloves or hair nets everything was sticky and the food had no taste whatsoever. So my recommendation would be to not go here and I'm not a Karen just saving you from a bad trip?

I sure will miss the macaroni & cheese pizza. Bad experience with poor customer service will keep me from coming back. Even after offering to provide constructive feedback to management, to no avail, I continue to get no response. Errors made on order and I was charged for them, though manager at register claimed I was not. SO many other pizza places will be getting my business. Though losing my business may not "hurt" Cici's, sharing my opinion and experience here and elsewhere may get them to listen to the customer. I'm sticking with Little Caesar's at the outskirts of same plaza. They don't get my pizza wrong and when I've heard customers inquiring about wrong orders while in the restaurant, they always make it right, with a smile, and abide by the "The customer is always right"

I had not been in years and I can tell you I'll never be back. Salad was wimpy to say the least. Pasta was non-existent. Cashier said they were out. I told her she should tell customers before they pay. I would have left if I hadn't already eaten my salad. I tried 3 pizzas and I swear none had any sauce on them. The brownie was missing sugar. All in all, they should have paid me $6.99 to attempt to eat. Floor, tables and chairs were dirty. I had my own sanitizer to clean my table and chair. If I could give the place minus stars I would.
