I've been coming here for years, and I'm not sure I'll continue. It's really inconsistent. Today I ordered a chicken fried steak and eggs (pointing at the meal on the menu), and was given the much more expensive steak and eggs. The steak (which I was very confused about when asked how well done I wanted it, so I guess I should have realized she wasn't looking at where I was pointing) was supposed to be medium, and was as well done as thick cardboard. The hashbrowns were burnt and gross, and the eggs were cold. Even the english muffin was oversoaked in butter. Add to that the very slow service, probably because the server was on her phone at the register instead of coming to check on us, and I'm just kind of done. I'm also disappointed that they're charging surcharges for credit cards now (it always seems like a bait and switch), not participating in programs like the AAdvantage dining program, etc. Sometimes D'Egg is great, both service and food, but when it's not, it's REALLY not.

I don't like rude people making my food and fair warning regardless of posted closing time do not go there if they close within the hour apparently that's from them to prep for closing I left i didn't order
I’ve eaten here twice. Nice and small environment… They charge extra fees if you use your credit card, you won’t know until you get there and settled. Food is descent. I wouldn’t recommend the ham, or sausage patties. Taste like something you pull out the freezer and microwave.. However the French toast is fabulous, and bacon is normally on 100%. Very kid friendly.. most of the kids I’ve noticed enter in, very loud, kicks the backs of individuals and parents don’t correct them.I probably won’t visit again though.
