Awful. I ordered delivery. The driver came rang the doorbell 2 times and drove off with the pizza. I paid online. I called the store to get the order and they said not only would they not deliver the pizza but since I had "received the order" I could not get a refund. I ended up with a pending refund of 3 to 5 days and no pizza. Horrible customer service. Also they stated that they had waited 10mins outside when in fact they waited maybe 1 whole minute as I have a door cam and can prove it. Absolutely horrible and I will not order here again.

Idk why this Dominos has bad reviews. I order online from time to time for pick up. Best store in the game if you ask me. Every step of the process is seamless. Employees are great. Pizza is hot, amazing, and correct every time. Maybe there's just problems with delivery or curbside ??♂️. I just order and go in and pick it up. Thanks for the great pizza and great job you are all doing. ?

Called and talked to manager because the app was not working correctly and I had a free pizza to redeem. The manager was rude and hung up on me, when I asked her if she could do anything about the situation. Then I called back, and she would not answer. If this is how they treat the elderly I dare to come back. Also I am using my daughter to write this review.

This Domino’s delivered me the worst customer service of my life, and it’s not even close. I placed an order for carryout and was told it would take 30 minutes. I’m in the store ONE HOUR later and I’m told my order is not ready. Ok, cool. Well then I’m waiting for 30 more minutes. I literally live 4 minutes away from this location. Do not recommend go to a different location to save time

Tried to call them to ask about hours and was left on the answering machine for over 15 minutes. I'm not saying you need to pick up the phone immediately but 15 minutes is too long. I have checked the Domino's website however their website doesn't give any information aside from placing an order.

Lots of mixed feelings about this dominoes. We’ve been ordering delivery from this location for a while now every week or so. Orders have recently been super late with minimal to no contact from the location about it. I don’t care if the food will take longer if we could be notified when something comes up. The guy who delivered tonight was sweet and thoughtful even if he arrived late. Last week it was late but they called to let us know and we understand & can wait. It’s not an easy gig especially when it’s super chilly and you’re understaffed.Dominoes please just call if you’re behind! Otherwise I don’t have to wonder where the food is or eat cereal for dinner.
My girlfriend ordered 2 pizzas from this location,when the driver delivered it,he was holding it sideways....who in God's name hold the pizza bag with the pizza in it,SIDEWAYS, when my girlfriend opened the boxes,the vegetable pizza lost half of its toppings,as shown in the picture, it took the both of us,constantly calling this location almost an hour to talk with someone, good luck trying to call cooperate because that's just button pushing, getting pissed and then the call drops. The associate who answered the call,basically told my girlfriend that they can refund a small portion of the overall total ....a small portion for your driver holding the pizza like it was Captain America shield.Yeah,Domino's,after today,we done.

It was never delivered and I can’t get my money back. I have gone to the store in person twice in attempt to correct this issue. They said their phones weren’t working. PLEASE REPLY. Ordered online for a timed order, 90 minutes ahead of time. Never received a call, nor did I get any food. I tried calling the store only to not get an answer for over 3 hours, at this point I still haven't gotten an answer if the order was cancelled. This is the worst Ive ever seen at domino's. Reminds me of the cardboard pizza days, Pizza Hut had no problem answering their phone or taking my money, they also delivered

Apparently, the app info wasn't connecting with the store, so when I submitted to have pick up with delivery to my car, I waited for a while before going in the store to grab it myself. I'd already put a tip on. They admitted the info wasn't transferred to the store... it was broken.
