So when I ordered on the app they normally get my pizza correct. This time they didn't. The way they made the pizza though, it was real good looking and the ingredients were all nice but when I complained and they made a new pizza for me it looked like they threw all the ingredients on the 2nd pizza and it was just messy. I go to this Dominos all the time so I let it slide but only 2 stars for food this time

I wish I was leving a good review but sadly I am not. The pizzas ? looked old and the sausage pizza didn't even have cheese on half of it. Happy Halloween I guess. Even the Pizzas here look scary ?

I ordered thin crust pizza with extra spinach on it prima pasta salad. They don't allow you to just get a thin crust they do crunchy crust which burns your pizza the extra spinach won't extra spinach that I paid for but it was burnt and the prima pasta salad I ordered an extra spinach and extra onions which I had to pay for which was an extra on either one of those the food was just ragley. But I was hungry at the time and I did the delivery order so I just went ahead with it but I'm not going to be doing too much ordering for Domino's no more!!!!!!

Don't ever order from this location after 9pm they'll just cancel your order after 2 hours and juat not show up.

I ordered a two topping hand tossed pizza the other day. I paid $20.80. When I got to the shop to pick up the pizza, there was a white board beside the register that said "Manager's Special: 2 two topping hand tossed pizzas for $10.99 each." When I pointed out the obvious to the cashier, I was told that since I didn't order two pizzas at the same time, I was not entitled to the special.Dominos could have made me a second pizza and charged me $10.99 for each pizza. Dominos could have charged me $10.99 for the one pizza that I ordered. But to charge me $20.80 for the one pizza is a good way to lose a customer forever.Although convenient, I will no longer order pizza from Dominos. Honestly, the pizza wasn't very good. The quality of pizza from Dominos changes by location. This particular location on Little Creek Rd in Norfolk was the worst that I've tasted. Reason enough not to go back.

Avoid this location. Our order has been sitting for over an hour and no one will even pick up.
Food was pretty decent and was finished only a little after the time it was scheduled. Staff was friendly, but it looked pretty understaffed. Management needs to do a better job of enforcing hair nets, as I found a small hair on my pizza that was certainly not mine.

They do NOT know how to take responsibility for their errors and resolve quickly. The general manager does not know how to communicate and effectively discuss how the company will resolve and take responsibility if they take 2 payments both at different amounts for the same transaction because 1 include a tip and the the other is the actual price of the food. So what does the store do ignore, keep on hold 20 min. What does corporate do send you to a machine who can't resolve it. My bank shldnt have resolve your error Dominos, you took money from me without tell me no email NOTHING. SHAME ON YOU!!!! A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY and no one in corporate or the manager or general manage of that store cld have come to the phone SMH.

Took 2 hours and 30 mins to get my delivery order when the website said it would take 36 mins. Pizza was cold. Don't offer delivery if you don't have enough drivers.

If I can rate a O I would. After working 9 hrs decide call in for a pizza well the phone just rang nobody pick up. I call again still no pick up the phone. Never go to this Domino’s again
