I enjoyed my visit here! I decided to try this place out with a friend of mine who is vegan and I was happy to see that there were many options for him! It's most certainly a beautiful low-key place walking in and had a nice ambience. We were seated immediately after walking in which was great! The service was cool but could have been a bit better. Now the food was amazing! I ordered the shrimp deluxe with white rice and was thoroughly impressed! It was well seasoned and the portion size was great for the price. I'd highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

Found this place on Yelp as it was close to our show venue. The entrance area is sooo dark, kinda scary. It's hard to tell if it was open or not. I wish it had been a bit more inviting. And there is also...an unsettling smell? I ordered the beef deluxe and I thought it was really good. The portion sizes were a bit smaller, but I'd recommend my dish! The place was very empty and only one other couple ate there with us. I don't know if I would go back?

I had the salt & pepper wings which were delicious. Nicely cooked and you get 8. Not bad as most places only give 5 or 6.Chow Mein stir fry noodles w/ shrimp was good. I wasn't crazy about the noodles (I'm a Yakisoba fan) but overall a good dish. My husband got the House Fried rice..it was well seasoned. The atmosphere was quiet and pretty inside. We sat where we could see downtown and people watch. ?I'll definitely visit again

Stopped in last night for a quick dinner before we headed to a show! We got the spring rolls, which were absolutely amazing-- nice plump shrimp-- the potstickers, which were also tasty, then I had chicken pad Thai and my husband had the Mongolian beef. The portions were really good sized and I absolutely loved the pad Thai-- so good and such nice chunks of chicken!! Highly recommend. Ambiance is very beautiful too!

Group of 8. Such a strange but disappointing experience for lunch. Tried to order Chinese off the lunch menu but the server said we needed to order dinner portions as the kitchen could not accommodate the lunch portions without a very long wait. Absolutely ridiculous and made no sense but had heard good things. The pho (ordered by 2 at the table) got good reviews. The Chinese (ordered by 6) was terrible. Lukewarm, overpriced, and clearly from a bag cooked in a microwave. In fact, I have purchased the Aldi General Tso's chicken in the frozen food section and can almost guarantee it was the exact same - down to the sauce. I can applaud a creative (but strange) upsell technique, but not for this poor and overpriced microwave dinner knock off. Lesson here - stick with the Pho if you choose to go.

Dropped in for a mid week dinner. Had the Bun Bo Hue Pho Bo, it was very good with just the right amount of spice on a cold evening. Service was good and fast.

Walked in for early dinner on a Monday night and was unsurprised to basically be alone in the place. The server acted very bored and was nowhere to be seen shortly after we placed our drink and appetizer order. The server also did not understand that we wanted low-sodium soy sauce for our meals and brought us regular, and then it took another five minutes to see him to ask again. The spring rolls were okay- two very long rolls that maybe should have been cut in halves. The veggies and rice was nothing more than fried green beans and some peppers and onion, and no substitutions for fried rice or noodles were allowed, so we were told we'd have to order an entirely separate entree with those items. When the pad thai arrived I started eating before realizing that this was my first experience eating it anywhere and not being asked how spicy I wanted it when ordering. Thankfully I could handle it. The server took forever to bring us our check - again, we were alone in the restaurant - and despite having my card in my hand he walked away immediately after bringing the check. I finally got up to bring my check to the front when a doordasher came to pick up, and after gathering my things noticed that the server was deep into a mobile phone game. Noted that some other reviews mentioned the server being on their phone as well.Spent nearly $70 for two people for two non-alcoholic drinks, one appetizer, and two average entrees with taxes and tip. Definitely not worth the cost and I will not be returning.

Food and service not great. The food is pretty average compared to other venues downtown. Was hard to get a water refill.

The food was delicious and bun bo hue was probably one of the best in this area. The one major downside was finding street parking there - better off just parking in the garage nearby though. The space was big but felt a little disjointed. Service was fine with frequent checkups. I would probably just do pickup in the future though due to the parking hassle unless I'm in the area for more than just eating there (hence 4 vice 5 stars)

Ordered takeout pho from them a few months back and it was pretty good, so I came by again after work to try some of their other food.Parking was a hassle as there was no lot nearby and only small street parking spaces. The restaurant was empty except for one other table on a Tuesday evening. I was seated after a few minutes (they didn't notice me waiting at the door). Facilities seem clean and new and a good location right in downtown.Food was subpar and expensive. I forgot to take a pic but for $7.99, the 2 egg rolls were small with absolutely no garnishes or a bed of lettuce to wrap in. They looked store bought and not home (or restaurant) made as how many other Vietnamese restaurants would have.Pork chops were also a let down. For $15.99, relatively small portion size and the meat was tough and salty. Veggies were haphazardly cut and the do chua (pickled carrot and radish) was slightly thick for my taste and sweet but not pickled quite enough.Probably will not visit again as the food seems not worth its high price point.
