Ordered from here we are .07 miles away from their location been waiting for over an hour for food, I called to check the status of our food. Person on the phone was very rude told me that they canceled our order ! With out notice and that they don't deliver here and apparently I'm supposed to know this. When I've never ordered from them before they said they told us? VERY rude will not order from them again food. Wasn't even that good to begin with from what I was told not missing out on much!!!

It’s as if they are upset with you because they’re stuck working there and aren’t happy with how their lives turned out, NOT the customer’s FAULTS. I ordered General Tso chicken combo. The outside of the chicken pieces were over cooked and very tough. . While waiting to pick up the order, the cook in the back was killing flies. I will not order from this establishment.

Very underrated Chinese takeout spot. Absolutely recommend their food. Orange beef is banging. Hunan chicken is on point. Arguably the best dumplings in Norfolk. They serve thin skin dumplings that give the perfect amount of crisp and chewy when you get them. Hot and sour soup is actually hot and sour. Even the steamed rice is perfectly cooked. Not too sticky, not too mushy, perfectly cooked every time. And big bonus points for their chicken wings! Really. Big, crispy, meaty, juicy and then some. I really really REALLY love their food. So here's the thing. Order the food and pick it up. If you're in the delivery area, good luck. Twice now I've ordered delivery and they've called my phone saying they don't know where my address is. I live in an apartment whose address is on a major street (Hampton Blvd) with heavy traffic. There is a parking lot right next to the building. Since they can't find my address I come down to the front of the building to meet them. They stop in the middle of the road and block an entire lane of traffic on a four lane major road and try to hand me the food out of the car window. I tell the driver to pull off the road into the parking lot or just off on the side street. Because they should really not block traffic on this major road. And on top of this, I've already tipped them for delivery but instead I'm out of my apartment, standing in front of my building, and trying to tell this person to NOT block a major street. But the dude yells to me from behind the wheel, "It's cool. Just take the bag" as people behind him are hitting their brakes trying to not hit him. And this has happened to me twice. TWICE. Yeesh. So yeah, I really like their food. Good prices and great portions. Please order here and for God's sake, go pick it up and save some cash.

I can't say enough good things about Dragon City. My first time ordering from here. I placed my order online. My usual Chinese takeout place is still temporarily closed due to the Corona virus and I've had a hard time finding a place that has the spicy string beans that I love. They have them! I ordered a variety of food. The prices are comparable to other restaurants. The food arrived on time, was scorching hot and delicious! The delivery driver couldn't have been nicer! I'll definitely be ordering from them again!

0 stars if possible. Customer service is terrible she yelled and cursed at me over the phone. Before the delivery driver even left I told him I got the wrong item and asked for a refund I called the restaurant she was unbelievably rude I work 12 I was on my hour break and planned to eat when it got there the driving apologized to me and says she's usually this rude after asking for a refund I was told from her the order was made you have to pay for it instead of being refunded I was charged for the completely wrong order the driver was talking to my manager About how this isn't the first time this has happened
