I don’t even know where to start.. first my drink had something floating in the bottom I asked the waitress if I could have another drink I watched her pour it out and refill the drink not even rinsing the cup. I then say can I just have a foam to go cup she rolls her eyes and says there’s nothing wrong with the drink I explain to her I saw you pour it out and remake without even rinsing the cup.. the silverware were dirty but overall I just left not even eating or drinking I do not recommend eating her the health department needs to pay a pop visit ?

I placed an order through Door Dash. When I received the order, the eggs were incorrect. I called Egg Up Grill and spoke with Cali. I told her the eggs were fried, not scrambled. Cali said it was how they scramble the eggs. I have had this breakfast platter before, and I know it is not right. Cali told me I needed to take it up with Door Dash. That is no way to treat a customer who orders from you frequently. This is the last time I order from Door Dash.

Well, i found this play nearby and decided to order breakfast online for me and my co worker. I was giving this place a shot since it was my 1st time trying them out. I ordered over $30 worth of food. I came in to pick up my order and was greeting at the door by a very nice waiter. I told her my name and that i ordered breakfast online. My bag was taped shut and i did not open till i got back to work just to find out all that was in it was a bowl of grits. Talk about ANNOYED!! ...i had to drive 15mins back to the restaraunt to return the order. Although they did offer to refix my food unfortunately i was on the clock and had to return to work asap, plus i did not like the eye contact/energy the manager was giving when i returned the order. I just asked for a refund and left. I'll try them again someday in the future

I’m not sure this place is getting the love it deserves. It’s as clean as it can be, the staff couldn't be friendlier, and food was fast, hot and good. They also have some pretty great coffee. I had the classic and the apple pancakes. The pancakes are a must! I also recommend the Southern Bowl which I have delivered to work regularly for two reasons; the sausage gravy is fantastic and they NEVER mess up the sunny side up eggs. ? I love this place.

The food was good but didn’t come out really hot, just kinda warm. The place was nice wasn’t busy when we came in but when asked if everything was good for food, we mentioned the grits were on the cooler side and the waitress just said sorry and then returned to eating her breakfast in the corner.

This is my second visit on a week and I noticed an older Caucasian woman who kept coughing and even wiping her nose and handling order's not good service but the food is excellent.

I ordered a coffee mocha and it was horrible. I asked to switch it out to something with the same price juice juice and I was denied and was given regular coffee which was a lot less than what I paid for the mocha. Because I’m in a hurry, I didn’t have time to ask to speak to the manager to argue the situation. Not good customer service at all especially this was my first time coming to this restaurant in this area. I was to recommend this place because it’s a very cute establishment but not now.
