Food is overpriced and not that good. Waitress made a mistake on our order and the owner blamed us. Instead of trying to fix it immediately, she rather go back and forth with us basically saying it’s our fault. Owner doesn’t know customer service at all. We are never going
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My little family came here to support a small business. To provide a visual it's a small spot which we often find to be the gems of the city. This spot NOT THE CASE. The food was overly priced for portion size, the server who greeted us was the ONLY reason we stayed - she was lovely. The menu is in Spanish and does not offer English options. So you're on your own to understand what you're ordering. Because the server spoke very little English the communication on simple questions was lost in translation. $7 for a kids half cheese quesadilla no side and no beverage included The OWNER is horrible, she put down her staff in front of us, became confrontational when an added $2.50 was placed on our bill due to a simple server mistake. Blamed us for her behavior then continued to make us wrong for her staffs mistake. They charge food tax of course but then she also charges you $1.38 to use your debit card. Every drink is $3 or more NO REFILLS. It's insane. Owner pointed her finger at us and argued that we should have enough money to pay the small differential and proceeded to antagnize us as we waited for her to correct the bill. DONT COME HERE. The owner doesn't care about her clients. She cares about her pocket and ego.
