The last time I posted on here I gave it a really good review. I have not been here in a while and I was not impressed with the food. I always get the 4 piece chicken special and I was not happy with what I got. The quality went down a little bit and the price went up. I know that prices change but your quality should never change. I hope you come back to what you were before.

I would not recommend going to that feather and fin I was hired and everything that was promised to me at my interview was a lie and I was not being trained at all just thrown in And then screamed at by other employees I called the recruiter to report what was happening but it didn't change anything only made it worse two out of the 3 nights I worked there the store manager left me alone with One other employee to run the store being brand new still in training I did my Best luckily they don't get that busy this location off tidewater drive in Norfolk Virginia is kinda a bad area and I was promised to have a ride home if she scheduled me to work till close at 11pm and she the store manager shawron Left me there two day in a row right after I got there because going to a party and a concert was more important then training her new manager because I was hired to be a manager and I was lied to about everything that was promised to me at my interview I agreed to a paycut as Long as I could get 40 hours a week and within 3 days The next week schedule has me up there for only 25 to 28 hours and I still don't understand how anyone could hire someone and then be allowed to treat them that way leaving me alone with one other employee with no idea how I'm supposed to get home at midnight once the buses stop running so I was out in a dangerous situation and left with no other option but to pay for Lyfts out of my own pocket so I could get home safely and this happened two days in a row so I quit. You don't get to grow in this company unless you're street Worthy you can't have any amount of class or respect for others and expect to get nowhere with these employees super ghetto and disrespectful and if course again it was reported and nothing was done or changed about it sovIm now out. Hundred dollars that I spent in Lyft so I could get to work and home from work and I really think I should be reimbursed for it because I was promised something completely different and lied to about everything I was promised at my interview.I don't recommend this place at all.Angela Sharp

Let me tell you something about feather and fin. This place has to have the best potato salad I've had in awhile! I know we supposed to be focused on the seafood right now but just walk with me for a second, the butter smooth potato's cooked perfectly with a mayo/mustard dressing and a crunch of relish need I say more? Now on to the sea food the shrimp was bomb! I got it fried hard and that It was! Super crispy and well seasoned. I must say they put there foot in it. The fish however, was under seasoned and not fried as hard as I would like. I requested it to be fried hard so I assumed it would be crispy like the fish. It was mid at best either way I rate my entire meal a 8/10.

An employee was telling a random stranger about the unsanitary things that go on in the back. How they drop food on the floor and still cook it. Washing hands is not part of their program.How they break almost all the health codes, and how they sabatoge people food for various reasons. My fries should have been arrested for looking the way they did.I asked for the hot liver and gizzards to be placed in aluminum foil so the hot oil would not burn the Styrofoam and get on the food. They ignored me and did what they want. DONT DO IT. DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS until they start to hire true professionals.

Stay away from feather and fin on Tidewater Drive. Poor customer service. Young black Americans know nothing about work ethic. I was told feather and fin doesn’t fry hard anymore. I go right up the street to the next feather and fin and that request wasn’t an issue at all. Young employees in fast food services suck with people skills.

The food is always good and the customer service is just as great! They are incredibly kind and my dad drives 4 hours down here and won't go home without an order!
Today at the hours of Both regular and in Military time. 8:00-9:00PM 2000-2100 For both my civilians and Military out there. This Feather and fin locations told me & A friend who came in with paper currency that they were not taking any paper currency exchange and just cards no reasons we're given why but we even said we would order on the Kia's the new way/style they have; too place an order they said No.

I've been here twice, and can honestly say that I will never go again. The first time I went here I only got half of one of the meals, and the second time I didn't get a whole meal because they were out of the entrée (but still got charged for the sides part of it which I still didn't get). Not to mention, I stood there waiting for another 20 minutes after I arrived to pick it up while I watched people come place their orders, get their food, and leave. This place is the biggest ripoff in town.
