Christmas Buffet: Food not replenished on buffet, many things looked old and dried out. Dark inside and difficult to tell what items were as a few were missing labels. Photo Booth not working. I ended up getting my family bar food later that night. Really disappointed for how much it cost. Will not go again.

When we arrived the hostesses said the person before he screwed up all the reservations. And she didn't know when we would be seated. My reservations were at 4:45pm. After being seated, people being seated after us were wired on before us. At least 6 times I had to ask for food to be refilled while I was waiting to eat. I asked for butter for a roll and was told there wasn't any, and they would have to go cut some of a big block ( which they did, it took 20 minutes). This is the 4th time I have been in Christmas day and by far the worst. There was also food listed on the menu that wasn't on the buffet. I asked for a knife and they said they were not putting them out, unless you went to the carving station. Overall when I asked one of the workers for help, they assisted willingly. Also the fire pit was not lit and they wouldn't let people go outside. I think they were significantly understaffed. I asked to speak to the manager once and they never showed up

staff was amazing conserving the situation. I guess there was an issue with the reservations and it seemed like they had very very little staff. we had to be sat at the bar and served by the bar tender for our Christmas meal. it was very subpar compared to other years we have gone.

We chose the grain for our Christmas dinner 2023 for 8 people and it was an amazing meal. The service was above anything we expected. Janeen was amazing. She was nice, she was fast and she was quick to assist in every way. Thank you Janeen and Merry Christmas. Please reward her.

First issue was they have mostly high tops when we told them my mom cannot sit in high top they moved us to a bench style (picnic table) . Was difficult for a party of 6 getting in and out of benches to into buffet . The Buffett was so so. Oysters were not good at all especially for this area. Plates bowls were constantly out had to wait for them, a lot of the food was cold on buffet such as scallop potatoes. The cheese and fruit area was soooo picked over. The fruit was not fresh and never replenished . Best part was the pasta station because it was cooked fresh, our waitress was decent , we had to grab her alebeytime for refills, coffee. Won't go again for the holiday.

The holiday buffet had a nice variety. However, not all of the dishes were hot in temperature. We were disappointed with the variety of desserts, as they seemed to be out of just about everything.

Food was just mediocre for this to be a Christmas meal. I have eaten here several times before and truly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. This visit was not good . It appeared to have less options than they normally have and the food was not as good as before.

Beef was excellent but the chicken was very tough and the pork was more fat than meat! The oysters were not as good of a quality as they have been in the past. Servers and resturaunt staff were all attentive and polite. Been going there for many years for Christmas dinner with my family and we all hope the number of selections of vegetables will be back to the variety it was before last year. Breakfast selections were very good.

Definitely not the Christmas Brunch experience that I wanted and was hoping for. We left after getting our first plate, the food was either overcooked, left sitting for too long long, or not properly served- cold food lacked ice - shrimp were warm - and hair was in the macaroni and cheese. Overpriced for what we ate and what we expected.

We had a fantastic experience last year! Food was delicious and service was amazing! This year not so much. Food was cold, old, and dry in the buffet serving containers. There was one person manning both the carving and omelette station, and he was not friendly! Our server was also the bartender, so to say the least we didn't see her often. The manager was informed, and apologized. Said they already served 200 people, um it's 12 pm for brunch that shouldn't matter plus we were paying $40 a person. By the time new, hot, fresh food came out we had already eaten our mediocre meal and just over this blah Christmas brunch!

Christmas brunch was minimal menu, poor dessert selection, no knives on the table or steak knife for meats like the prime rib. Food did not taste good. 20% mandatory tip on marked up on small Bloody Mary was ridiculous. Will find a new location for future holiday brunches.

Jazmin was our server. She was friendly and attentive. The opening time was the way to go. The food was fresh and the restaurant was pretty quiet for the first hour. I think forty dollars was a fair price for what they offer. It was a nice way to start our Christmas Day.

Staff were phenomenal - I asked for a table with a view - WOW! Every one there were fantastic! From the carver stations (why can they not have bar stools to sit upon?) to bus people... Shame that the beer taps were had malfunctioned (feel bad for the restaurant). But overall a lovely holiday meal, would book again!

This is our second time with the holiday buffet. All the food is wonderful, but I would love a few more vegetable dishes. I would also like to say that I love the live music, but the acoustic set was more enjoyable than the louder electric musician to have conversation.

Always enjoy coming to Grain. This is our second year coming for the Thanksgiving buffet. The only complaint is from my father who has bilateral hearing aids and the live music can prohibit his hearing at times
