Not exactly what we were expecting; I was looking for breakfast/brunch/lunch place, and instead found a chicken and biscuit place catering mainly to the college crowd. Food was precooked and assembled to order. Selection choices were good, but rewarmed biscuits fall apart and chicken was blah. Order at counter, food brought out on paper plates, self serve plastic utensils, etc. overall rating would be 2 1/2 stars.

Food was really good. All the the options sounded good and they had pictures to reference. I ended up going with the chicken classic. It was really good. I like the sauce that comes with it. I also got a cookie that was also really good. My only complaint was that the food didn't come out hot. I think it would have been way better hot. Other than that I would still reccomend.

First time at handsome biscuit. A very unpleasant experience. There was very short tiny hair (looked like from a beard) in my biscuit. Told the cashier and they made me a new one. I don't think the cooks should have beards or at least wear a beard mask. Very unsanitary. I won't be able to get that out image of my head every time I think about handsome biscuit..won't be back after that.

All of the quality menu offerings with identical portion sizes and prices as Colonial Ave, plus way more space to chow down. Perfect for singles, couples, and small or large groups. Metered street parking for non-students. Not too many other diners but that equates to fast, attentive service. I think our order took less than 3 minutes to be served, with a smile! I can't quit that Bleu Blazer because "every Indian Foodie is crazy about a sharp dressed chicken sandwich." Ok, that's a bad lyric parody but the sandwich is the real deal. Warm sweet potato biscuit houses a fresh, heat hot fried chicken breast that's topped with spicy pickled red cabbage and blue cheese. The texture of all ingredients combined is the epitome of Southern Comfort, food intoxication without the hangover. Yelp friend Jordan B went with the Nashville, best described as HB's take on a hot chicken sandwich. He described it as "bomb good!" Both of our plates were empty in under 5 minutes so, yeah! Check-in on Facebook or follow @HandsomeBiscuit on Insta and show the cashier to get a FREE bangin' double chocolate cookie. Brought it home and earned some wife points. Speaking of earning, think they'd accept my mid-1990's ID to score the $3.49 student special?

We were told about the local spot on our road trip and I was glad we were. Such a great meal so enjoyable and different. The sweet potato biscuit was such an amazing treat. The fried chicken was really tender and the breading on it was terrific too. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed there sandwich.

This place lacks flavor in everything, the menu is creative but the biscuits are dry and the chicken is tasteless so I'm giving it one star for an innovative menu

This location is similar to the one on colonial. The food was just as good as the location in colonial as well though I appreciated the larger dining area. I had the Betty and it was delicious, It's awesome that they have vegetarian options here. The hashbrowns were as good as usual and the cranberry soda was perfect for a winter day.

Great place to go for some comfort food. Some of the items on the menu sound weird, but they work and are delicious.

I have been loyal customer to the Handsome Biscuit on Monarch Way since it’s arrival and have had numerous pleasant experiences. However, I have also had a few undesirable ones as well. Today, I purchased a regular fry and was giving a half filled container and then watched the cashier scoop spilled fries from off the counter into my bag. Also, the hash brown krisp has been soggy and dirty-tasting the last few of times I’ve had it. It is a shame to see how the quality of service and food has declined over time.

I ordered through Postmates and the order wasn't ready when I arrived. When I received it, it wasn't what I ordered but close enough. Food was good.

I had been dying to get here for the longest and I'm so glad we got a chance to try it. What a cute little place with the most various combinations of breakfast sandwiches. We tried three sandwiches and I was pleased with two. The hella Fitzgerald is what I'd thought it would be. Crispy with a touch of gravy and the egg just sets it off. The cooks enjoyed making this sandwich you can tell by how it's prepared! So much love in it. Speaking of love let me tell you how the ac slaughter literally had me singing and dancing. Lol. I felt like a true fat girl when I tried the meat. It was literally cooked in a oven called love and seasoned by chef love. Lol. It was sooooo good. It quickly became my favorite. Now we have the blu jacket, the blue coat, hoodie, blazer. Whatever u call it. Ehhh it wasn't my favorite. That's all I have to say. Oh and don't forget the hash brown and homemade soda !!!
