Waited in the drive through line for over 20. With no explanation. They were extremely rude. I asked for a refund as I was late and could no longer wait for my food and was refused one. Never go here. Anywhere is better than being treated like that.

The food was terrible... the bacon was burned, the bread felt old n tasted old too, n the meat was overcooked. The meal overall was not a good value. I'm never eating at this Hardee's again... no wonder the restaurant is usually empty.

October 6th 2:45 p.m. wanted the drink that every Southerner wants. Half Sweet tea and lemonade but got told that they could mix it anymore because the lemonade is now premium and it is hand made. Lemonade was always supposed to be handmade so how is that our fault? Yeah take this 1 star I have for you. Mix the freaking lemonade and tea and don't try to tax us because life and sweet like it was years ago. We don't need Hardee's being cheap azzes too.

Awful... just... awful Stupid workers, can't get a damn order right. You ask for a five piece you get three, you ask for no tomatoes you get four tomatoes, you ask for sweet tea you get water or unsweetened...The food is just disgusting and dirty. Burnt ass chicken, sticky slaw, burnt fries, moist and wet buns (that's what she said). It's just... disgusting, even for fast food.

I admit that I have purchased Hardees breakfast multiple times from this Norfok Virginia Hampton boulevard location since around the March 2023 timeframe with my most breakfast time visit. to this Norfolk Virginia Hampton boulevard being yesterday morning (Wednesday June 27 2023)through ordering in the Hardees dining room. I ordered the Hardee's Super Bacon biscuit with fried egg small hashbrowns and soda. The employee handling my order actually made me feel very welcome and I received my order in a quicker timeframe than I expected, I say this in a pleasant surprise type of way because I had ordered (approximately around the 720am to 730am timeframe give andor take a few minutes) which is one of the busiest times to order breakfast time wise for this location near the major Norfolk Virginia navy base (NOB).

Came for the biscuits and they did not disappoint! Can't comment on the other food. I'm a sucker for chicken in a biscuit, so anytime I travel I am always on the lookout for breakfast. The biscuit was fluffy, buttery and flakey! Definitely would just order biscuits form here. The chicken was good, but I didn't care for the semi-sweet flavor of the batter.
Chicken tenders and crinkle fries were good. The sauces for the tenders are made fresh.

The worst Hardee's I've been too. The lady in the drive thru gave me the wrong online order and then told me I ordered a sprite when I ordered a cherry coke with proof through the app. Refused to give me the cherry coke mind you. The Biscuit is hard as a brick and the sausage idk what's going on with that. Refused to give me grape jelly so I had to park my car and go inside to ask for jelly. Which they acted like I was a problem then too. Smh. I'll never be back to this location. Customer service sucks!
