Definitely not that great. We had a party of 10, so we all got different dishes. Mashed potatoes were cold, fries cold, nachos dry, the only thing good was the pizza.

The vegan options were okay. I’m glad they had some! The food is a little bland in comparison to highly flavored food in Arizona in high latin populations. I had to put salt and more pepper to bring the flavor up. The spicy black bean burger was not spicy at all, just decently seasoned.

My wife and I took our daughter to a show at the NorVa, so we decided to walk around. And grab a bite to eat. Everything was amazing! The service, food and vibes were all at 100%. My wife had the steak and cheese, while I had a shrimp po'boy. We both had house fries, and we shared a crab dip. We will be headed back when we're back around that way.

I got the crab cake sandwich and fries. Although it was not my top crab cake sandwich in the Norfolk area it was still delicious! We got the tuna bites as an app and those were very good! Also, the fries were 10/10. So good. I would honestly come back just for the fries they were that good. Also, the service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Everything we ate was salty. The crab dip was simply inedible. Other dishes suffered from temperature problems. The service was decent, considering how busy the restaurant was. However, our server forgot my beverage. Pricing was very reasonable and portions were fair for the price-point.

Me an my wife visited Hell’s Kitchen on Sunday after a concert in the area , one of the few places open , so that was a plusOur first time there, overall atmosphere was cool and laid back , our server was very busy, but she definitely was on top of everything , great service.!!! Prices were definitely reasonable . Our only disappointment was in the food , everything was way to Salty , I had the tuna , I had to remove the bun and use napkins to wipe off the seasoning,the bun itself was super salty( I assume because of the butter?? ) . An the “fries are not actually fries they are circular cuts of potato , which some really hard and also very salty ! Overall cool spot
Had a great time while visiting Norfolk. Service, drinks and food all great. I will return next time I'm visiting.

They're down to just 2 options in the vegan section, both with vegan cheese, and they were out of vegan cheese. They made the quesadilla into a wrap, which was okay. It came with a side of something between a French fry and a potato chip that are bland, cost an extra $4, and wasn't asked about or mentioned???

Nice! Food was decent. I'm glad they did have vegan options! The music was great and not extra loud. I will come back for another visit and try some other items. The wait staff were all extremely knowledgeable and made sure they abided by my dietary needs.
