My friend and I visited Hokkaido Sushi on a Monday evening and found the restaurant bustling with several occupied tables. However, we were seated promptly upon arrival, which was a plus. The waitress was attentive right from the start. We explored the all-you-can-eat menu, starting with miso soup, a refreshing house salad with ginger dressing, shrimp sunomono, and cucumber salad. Moving on to rolls, I enjoyed a variety including a tuna roll, spicy California roll, rainbow roll, dragon roll, and shrimp roll. Each dish arrived fairly quickly, and the portions were satisfying, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients. The ambiance was conducive to conversation despite other diners around us, maintaining a quieter, intimate atmosphere. The only minor setback was waiting a bit for the check, but overall, the experience was delightful. I'm looking forward to returning for more delicious sushi soon.

Went by myself for some AYCES, if you don't ask for the menu, they won't give it to you. Probably prefer you don't do it I imagine...BUT that's why I came. Service was excellent, very friendly staff. However, if you ask for recommendations for the sushi expect to get the cheapest made ones, lesson learned. I tried 4 sushi rolls are they were all pretty delicious. Had some warm peach sake as well, highly recommend. Clean eating area and just a cozy little spot. I will be back.

My husband and I frequent here! We love the atmosphere and Becky our server is amazing!! We love coming in and seeing her and having the best sushi in the area!!
My uncle took my daughter and I here for our birthday dinner and everything was so good. The white peach sake that our server suggested was amazing. We will definitely be back.

We came in late on a Monday night and there were a ton of people sitting. The waitstaff were all super nice, but it took a long time to get our orders in and the check. The menu is insanely long. Every kind of combo of the same ingredients. I got two rolls and miso soup - both rolls were large, and the miso soup was very good. My coworker said the salad with ginger dressing was also good. The table next to us were doing sake bombs with their waitress chanting with them. So great ambiance!

As soon as you walk in your greeted by an absolute wonderful staff that are super friendly and welcoming!The atmosphere is super cool and beautiful just to have a fine meal in ! The waitress gave us suggestions for menu options that were her favorite / freshly gotten that day - and after taking her advice - it was the right choice! - all of her suggestions were amazing and stuff we wouldn't have considered otherwise without the nudge in the right direction! The entire meal was absolutely delightful in every element possible !*Whenever I dine out I often make a lil family or origami cranes for the restaurant to keep and this was also no exception! And I just kept making more and more solely cause I wanted to make sure the entire staff had options of their favorite colors - before long the staff would pass our table and keep getting surprised to see how many more cranes popped up and were absolutely delighted and surprised to hear I was gonna give them all of those cranes today!Next thing I know they showed us a spot to place the lil cranes to display them! And the rest is history !So definitely stop by here for all you first time sushi lovers and expert sushi lovers ! The prices are so friendly and the staff are super friendly ! ✨

Hokkaido has a great atmosphere. The drinks were phenomenal and worth the money. Fresh sushi is the star of the show, but I would not recommend anything featuring tempura again. There was too much batter, and the oils remaining in the fried parts of my sushi left me with an upset stomach. 8.5/10 would recommend. 10/10 without the Tempura experience.

Service is awful. I'm here for dinner and we've sat down to eat the all you can eat sushi. So far in the past two hours I've only had clear soup and gyoza after I've ordered multiple sushi rolls multiple times. They are more focused on their DoorDash orders instead of the people in front of them. I've seen multiple people get up and leave after being seated and not served. Have been here before and really enjoyed it but this unacceptable.

great location near the Nautilus inside an retrofitted bank and with great all you can eat sushi for the area! they do have a normal menu, however we went for all you can eat sushi. The lunch AYCE is lower priced, however it does not have all the options that the dinner AYCE had. The sushi was fantastic and the sashimi was great! we came a little after 3pm so not a lot of people, however service was a little slow. We did not have a time limit for AYCE so it was not that big of a deal. take a look before you sit down because the architecture is amazing! It has great vibes while still giving you that Japanese restaurant feel.
