We love Jamba especially my husband loves it!! First time there was fine but the second time there was terrible and disgusting taste. The taste was sour and old we couldn’t drink it. We just waisted about $20….It’s March 17th 2024

I’m giving three stars because the smoothies were alright but I’m pretty sure they put %2 milk in my smoothie when I asked for soy milk. I think they did because I am currently shooting lava out of my body while having chills everywhere. I wouldn’t have had dairy anywhere else so I won’t be going back here anymore.

Drinks are great. Super friendly service and a neat little shop. What a great menu. A big variety with very flavorful drinks. The smoothies are refreshing this time of year. They also have supplements or you can add energy supplements too. We have gotten a few drinks and Have loved everything we have gotten.
Did some walking around at our Norfolk outlet mall and it was smokin hot, didn't want nothing syrupy or sugary. Didn't want water (had that in my hand) wanted refreshing and bingo my eyes zoomed in. First time drinking didn't know what to order everything looked delicious, asked employee what's popular ..a mango treat ? and leaving out I saw this acai bowl I wanted to try ..the description sounded good . So I'll be back ?

I was here on the 5th and when I entered the store the employees did not greet me. All they did was stare at me while I was looking at the menu. I immediately left because of this poor and weird “service”. These kids just stare at you and give you dirty looks if you take any time looking at the menu.
