When I first walked up to the counter I tried to order a sub and instead of saying we don’t offer a sub this way I was just told no. I was very confused from what they said and almost walked out from the rude customer service. 2nd thing I saw was the cross contamination. My wife is vegetarian and probably will never order from that place.

I've been to several JM's and this shop is just a little off standard. The sub was pretty good but just not the same as the others. I had to ask for more onions twice. Staff was complaining about other staff the whole time I was there. One of the things I really don't agree with is being prompted to add a tip when employees are not going above and beyond normal service, especially when it's one of the most expensive chains. I'll probably drive to another location for my next one

called in an order...asked for a #13 regular with lite lettuce extra mayo and extra oil and vineger...what i recieved was extra onions. I HATE onions...picked them off and all i could taste was onions...also ordered a #17 with no peppers or onions and both were on that sandwich as well...tried to call and see if we could get it corrected or something and no one answered....now it just goes to the answering machine...

Literally just left. It took over 20 minutes to get 2 simple cold sandwiches. We were the only customers in store. The staff were more interested in talking badly about their coworkers and criticising one girls decision to wear a mask while making a single mobile order at a glacial speed than taking our orders. Genuinely discussed leaving before they finally turned to us to ask what would like on our sandwiches.Between the slow service and visibly hostile work environment I have no desire to return

Disappointing service!We got there first and they were already backed up upon our arrival.. they apologized for the issue and said they were gonna be with us shortly- we waited for over 7minutes only for them to serve 2 people before us! The ghetto service is real! Ughhh ?
Nothing worse than ordering online and the ordering being incorrect. They forgot the bacon. Yes I was disappointed. But wasn’t going to drive all the way back. The bowl was still very good, but bacon would’ve made it 100x better.Just to add, they weren’t out of bacon, there was a huge bowl of it.

Paid $20 for sub and drink. Got to work and took two bites and threw in trash. Their mayonnaise was bad and soured. It made me sick. Notsurprised. This store has poor employees and been going down hill for awhile.

Horribly expensive and disrespectful staff. The customer service i witnessed trying to get lunch with my mom was atrocious. The old woman was confused about basic store procedures and the younger employees were willingly ignorant. I will never return and don't recommend it.

I used to always love this place. But lately it seems as if staffing is a issue. They are no longer friendly nor knowledgeable. I had an employee argue with me because I said I didn't want salt or pepper. The manager John is extremely exceptional
