GM was so sweet and energetic! She said it’s under new management and they are improving. I definitely recommend the location. Sweet people make the food better and rude people make good food gross.I’m reviewing because of the customer service. The food was what you’d get at any Jimmy John’s but the new GM (I didn’t get her name ?) is working hard to give everyone who comes in a good experience. That’s worth the visit alone to me ❤️

Placed an order through the app for the new Caprese wrap and blueberry lemon cookie, and got a phone call from the store shortly after, apologizing as they were currently out of the items I paid for. The employee was very genuine and sincere with her empathy in my disappointment and offered to make any other sandwich or wrap that I would like to replace it, as well as another cookie or brownie. She was so sweet that there was no way I could refuse her! My spicy Italian sub was delicious (as it always is! this one being my favorite in the past!), and I'm saving the red velvet brownie for later! When I picked up my order, there was something extra and personalized on my bag! It was an unexpected and heartwarming handwritten note of gratitude from the store! Very sweet, and it just goes to show that flexibility, understanding, and patience have an impact and mean more than you know to those around you! <3

This Jimmy John’s location is TERRIBLE. Delivery is Freaky Slow, stale bread, sandwich missing ingredients etc. multiple times.

I ordered lunch for my office to be delivered between 11-11:30am which I realize is close to when they open but I did it through the JJ's app. I tried to call the store multiple times but got a busy signal, one time they just hung up immediately, or it just rang. I finally called a different store and they shared it was a different franchise and there was nothing they could do but confirmed I was calling the correct store and that they would also try to reach out and call me back to help. I offered to just order from that store because they were so helpful and the same distance but they didn't have a driver. I just wanted to cancel my order because we already made other arrangements for lunch. The delivery finally arrived at 12:30 and even though I ordered bottled drinks they brought a fountain drink. No apology for making the substitution. I will absolutely chose a different location in the future for our office functions.

I worked for the company and I was a closing manager at the town center store and I experienced so much Abuse on a daily basis from my store manager the Gm Iran parker and I tried to report it to the owners AL AND AJ KRAMER AND I BEGGED TO BE MOVED TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION TO GET AWAY FROM THE DAILY ABUSE AND EVERYTHING I TRIED TO DO TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION WAS IGNORED AND LOOKED AT AS LIES AND MAKING THING'S BIGGER THEN WHAT THEY WERE BUT ONCE YOU TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOUR HIGHER AUTHORITY IN A COMPANY YOU CAN MOST LIKELY START PLANNING ON FINDING A DIFFERANT JOB BECOMES THERE GOING TO FIND A REASON TO FIRE YOU AND THATS EXACTLY ? WHAT HAPPENED AND THE WAY IT WAS INITIATED WAS BY A NEW HIRE A DRIVER THAT HAD BEEN SCHEDULED TO WORK FOR ME ALL ALONE BY MYSELF RUNNING THE STORE WITH ONE OTHER EMPLOYEE WHO IS NEW AND DIDN'T KNOW KNOW HOW TO WRAP ? A SUB UP FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND DURING CONVERSATION HE HAD TOLD ME THAT HE WAS A CHRISTIAN AND I AM AS WELL AND MY BOSS KNEW THAT I WAS A CHRISTIAN AND SINCE I HAD REPORTED HIM TO HIS BOSS THE OWNERS AL AND AJ KRAMER HE HELD A GRUDGE AGAINST ME AND THE ABUSE JUST GOT WORSE AND WHAT'S SO BAD HE DID IT IN FRONT OF ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND THEY WOULD COME TO ME APOLOGIZING FOR HIS BEHAVIOR TELLING ME THEY WE'RE SORRY AND DIDN'T THINK ? THAT IT WAS RIGHT THAT THIS WAS HAPPENING BUT TO NO AVAIL I WAS TERMINATED WRONGFULLY AND PUT IN A FINANCIAL CRISIS BECAUSE THE NEW DRIVER HE HAD HIRED GAVE ME A RIDE HOME AFTER I CLOSED THE STORE AND WE OF COURSE TALKED ON THE WAY HOME AFTER HOUR'S OFF THE CLOCK AND NOT AT WORK AND THE NEXT TIME I GO TO REPORT FOR MY SHIFT I GET THERE AND CLOCK IN AND I JUST COULD TELL SONETHING WAS WRONG THE FEELINGS AND ENERGY OF THE ATMOSPHERE WAS REALLY DISTURBING BUT I SHOOK IT OFF AND STARTED WORKING DOING MY JOB SLICING MEAT FOR THE STORE AND ALL OF A SUDDEN ANOTHER EMPLOYEE RUNS IN THE STORE POINTING HIS FINGERS AT ME SAYING HE NEVER WANTED TO WORK AROUND ME EVER AGAIN AND I WAS LIKE WHAT IS GOING ON AND I WAS REALLY CONFUSED ? ABOUT WHAT HAD JUST HAPPENED AND A FEW MINUTES LATER I WAS TOLD TO WALK OUTSIDE WITH IRAN PARKER MY GM STORE MANAGER AND HE ALSO HAD THAT SAME EMPLOYEE THERE I GUESS AS A WITTINESS TO MY TERMINATION SO THEN IRAN PARKER PROCEEDED TO EXPLAIN TO ME THAT I HAD BEEN TOLD THAT I COULDN'T TALK ABOUT THE BIBLE AND JESUS CHRIST AT WORK AND I HAD BEEN ASKED TO STOP AND I TOLD HIM THAT I WASN'T AND HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THE NEW DRIVER WHO TOOK ME HOME THE OTHER NIGHT WHEN I HAD BEEN SCHEDULED TO RUN AN ENTIRE SHIFT WITH NO EMPLOYEE'S AND ONLY ONE DRIVER WHO WAS BRAND NEW BECAUSE IRAN THOUGHT HE WAS PUNISHING ME I GUESS BUT I STILL MANAGED TO HELP EVER CUSTOMER AND DO AN UNEXPECTED CATERING ORDER ALL BY MYSELF AND CLOSED THE STORE PROPERLY NOT LEAVING ANYTHING UNDONE OR LEFTOVER FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO DO BUT ANYWAYS HE TELLS ME THAT THIS NEW DRIVER HAD WRITTEN A STATEMENT AGAINST ME FOR THINGS THAT I HAD SPOKE TO HIM ABOUT ON THE WAY HOME AND THAT HE SAID THAT HE NEVER WANTED TO WORK ME AGAIN AND THAT I HAD SAID CERTAIN THINGS ABOUT CERTAIN PEOPLE AND THERE LIFESTYLES WHEN THAT NEVER HAPPENED AND EVERYTHING HE CLAIMED WAS SAID WAS OUTRIGHT AND A BUNCH OF LIES AND OF COURSE AJ KRAMER HAD TOLD IRAN PARKER TO TERMINATE ME BEFORE THEY HAD EVEN SPOKE TO ME ABOUT THE REPORT WRITTEN AGAINST ME AND THEN TO TURN AROUND AND GO BEHIND MY BACK AND TELL ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ABOUT WHAT WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN AND TO DISCLOSE PRIVATE THING'S TO A DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE ALL TO GET HIM UPSET WITH ME AND THEN TO BRING THAT EMPLOYEE OUTSIDE SO HE COULD WATCH ME GET FIRED IS IN MY OPINION REALLY CHILDISH AND IMMATURE ON TOP OF BEING ILLEGAL IN MORE WAYS THEN ONE AS YOU KNOW THERE'S LAWS AGAINST DESCRIMINATION AND BEING MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY ABUSED AT THE WORKPLACE AND CREATING A TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENTAL IS ALL AGAINST THE LAW AND TO TERMINATE SOMEONE BECAUSE OF THERE FAITH IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST IS ILLEGAL AS WELL. I always come to this location. Today was bad. One lady that barely speaks a lick of English and then she proceeds to answer a phone call on her cell phone and talk while slowly making our meals. I’ll always eat at Jimmy John’s. But I won’t be back to this one. Plus why is there only one employee on duty? You can’t possibly have one making food and cleaning the bathroom that someone blew up

Ordered for delivery. Took an hour and a half to show up. Since we'd already given up, called to request refund. The manager blew us off like we should feel honored that it actually showed up. Also the bread was burnt and the tomatoes weren't ripe.

First off I literally have been to a bunch of different Jimmy Johns and love the food. However I bought a house and moved. This location is closest to my house. I ordered on the website at 8:10 they closed at 9. They accepted my order then called me and told me they don't have bread they would have to bake some and by the time that happens they would be closed. I'm like okay I get it. They said they would cancel my order out. I never recieved my money back $83 order. Then I ordered again the next day online at 8pm this time and the order said delivered. My bf went outside and our food was not there. We even looked on our neighbors porch. I called in they swore it got delivered. I'm like ok I believe you delivered it but it was to my address. I asked to speak to supervisor, they say she'll call me back. She didn't. Now we are 3 days in finally get on the phone with manager she says we have tracker it was delivered. I tell her no nothing came to my door I have a ring camera and can bring you the footage she refuses and says I can't get my refund because my tracker shoes it's delivered. Like lady I am not tryna get free money I spend hundreds of dollars here why would I be wasting my time now at this point 4 days in a row over a $53 order. She finally says I'll check with the driver again and call me back. I'm like please do because it ok to make a mistake and dilver to wrong address but for you to tell me you won't give me a refund when I didn't receive the order is crazy. By the way she still has not called me. I called in and spoke to this lady with a foreign accent she was talking regular but ever time I ask a important question she start to act as if she can't hear me. I'm a pretty laid back person but this just really makes me upset like. The amount of money they would have got from me would have been more than the $53. Just know that I will be getting my refund and you won't be receiving my business or none of my friends.

Just look at the photos. Meat hanging so far out the bread you can't even hold the sandwich without touching the oily meat. Why?Then look at the amount of tomatoes. Ridiculous. There is a Jersey Mike's very close to here. I prefer eating there.I gave at least one star because the workers there were nice.

Very rude customer service. The cashier was chewing a pen cap in his mouth while I was trying to order my food, the ice machine is broke. There’s no sign there then he walked past the prep station chewing on the pen while dripping drool there was no warm welcome when we enter the establishment they didn’t ask if we were dining in or was our order for takeout all in or just rude customer service I wouldn’t recommend eating here especially with rude service from the staff

The food was messed up. The order was wrong and then the soda mashing was out of coke and I asked if they could fix it and they just looked at me. And so I asked a again a they said they don't know how to change it. So basically don't go to this JJ because the works don't want to do there job by helping the customer out or even getting the food right.
