Great brunch bowls and mimosas - we ate here after 4 hours of flying from the Midwest at 3am and it was very refreshing to get some good food in our tummies.

Karla's Beach House is a very nice quaint neighborhood restaurant. The food is excellent and the staff is very helpful and friendly. This was my first time visiting Karla's and I am thoroughly impressed and pleased and I will definitely be back. They have indoor and outdoor dinning plus call ahead for pickup at the door. The establishment is very quiet and clean.Parking: Parking is limited to the back and a few slots on 13th Bay St. so you need to go early.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible curbing, doorway and seating at tables.
This place has great reviews so we tried it. Food was good but nothing special; no wow factor but it is a solid breakfast with a limited menu. The service is where they fell flat and I feel bad writing this review but we had to remind our server multiple times for coffee, water, etc. we would ask her, she would disappear for 10 mins, and then come back empty handed and ask if everything is ok. She was never around- I think she was eating in the back because she would come out chewing. I saw empty tables get more attention from staff clearing them than the tables that had people. I got fed up and walked to he counter to get my bill and pay because I got tired of waiting for my waitress to show up. Sorry Karla for having to write this review.

I love beach themed anything, which is why I live here. The food, service and bloody Mary's were above and beyond phenomenal. I wanted to try something new today, and have wanted try try Karla's for years but they always have a line to get in, we now understand why there is a line and I would stand in that line next time.

I got the Skinny Sunrise for breakfast. I added cheese to my eggs and got fruit as my side. It was very filling and delicious! Service was good and the restaurant was clean! It was the perfect place to end our beach walk!

Absolutely loved it. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. There are lots of options on the menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I appreciate the portions and freshness. I will definitely be back before the summer tourist season starts.

I had lunch there with my wife and middle niece. Lori was our waitress and the service, atmosphere and of course the food were all great. I had a Calif. Turkey Club wrap, wife had a burger on a grilled brioche bun w/onion rings, and my niece had a Pork BBQ sandwich. I highly recommend this restaurant. Maybe the only drawback may be parking, but we did ok on that.Parking: On street and in their lot behind the restaurant. I imagine during summer parking may be a challenge.
