I usually love their food but on my recent order of sushi, I found a hair rolled into one of the rolls. I called katana first to let them know, and instead of apologizing or offering assurance that she will let a manager or the kitchen know, she suggested I call Uber Eats to get a refund instead. I truly don’t like complaining about a restaurant online, but if it were me, i’d want to know about hair in my food…

Our food was delicious, the sushi too ! The chicken and steak wasn’t undercooked either. I always add soy sauce and yum yum sauce for even more flavor! The elderly couple was very nice and greeted me when I arrived to pick up my food.

you my friend, just found the new spot. don’t judge a book by its cover, the restaurant isn’t huge but it is cozy and calm. the servers and chefs are so kind, paying attention to everything you need. the food was great! i also got one of the best volcano rolls i’ve ever had but it didn’t last long enough to make the picture.and the price?? the best i’ve ever seen from any hibachi restaurant. please go! these people are so sweet and they definitely deserve the business. will definitely be my go to hibachi spot for the foreseeable future.

My first time trying this place and I was highly disappointed it was old food on the grill mouse traps placed under the grill. As we were getting ready to leave a huge cockroach fell onto the plate thank God we had already got up so nasty never again
