Everything I had was delicious and fresh. I loved the whole cut and dine right at your table. Great way to learn new cooking ideas. The atmosphere was very nice but busy. Our waiter a as very polite and courteous. He was very helpful on things to try on an off menu. Will definitely be going back!

Was there Saturday with a large group they acted from the start that having a large group was an inconvenience. Was first sat at a table to small for the group that didn't have enough burns for everyone. Then after we were all seated and had orders in were offered to move to a larger table(that was open when we were first seated). We moved to the bigger table but when food came out it was all disorganized and we were weren't told what everything was even though we asked seeing as some of it looked similar. I have a selfish allergy and some of what I ordered was put on plates with stuff I couldn't eat. Our server didn't come back to check on us for a long time and most of the party wanted to order drinks. By the time they were able to we were half done eating. She checked on one end of the table but not the other we had to tell her several times that people at the other end wanted something.I understand being a large party that most times an automatic gratuity is added but they added an 18% gratuity. The food itself was good once we figured out what was what. This was my first hot pot experience and I was not impressed. I will definitely try hot pot again but not at this location.

Food was good. Server wasn’t great. Didn’t ask us if we wanted drinks. Had to finally order our drinks halfway thru the meal and got to barely finish them by the time our meal was done. Didn’t refill our oils when asked. Then we had a large party so automatically got charged the 18% gratuity. Won’t be back to this location.

I absolutely love Korean BBQ and with so many to choose from in the area, we decided on KPOT and I am so glad we did. We decided to dine in on a Friday evening around 8pm and were told the wait was 45 mins to an hour and they were indeed correct because we were seated an hour after we arrived. Our waitress, Zoe, was super friendly and had a great personality. She took our drink and meat order and informed us of where the sauce bar was as well. She mentioned that our meat order would be at our table once we returned from getting our sauces and sides and she was right. As soon as we got back to our table, our first order of meat was ready and waiting for us. We decided on the Short Ribs, Prime Brisket, KPOT Steak, Spicy Chicken Bulgogi, Coconut Curry Shrimp, Spicy Baby Octopus, Spicy Salmon, and the Spicy Pork Belly along with onions, zucchini and a side of rice. We also grabbed kimchi and spring rolls as well. All of the meats were fresh and tasted amazing with the sauce that I created. Zoe was awesome with checking on us and getting our orders placed and the meats came out pretty fast. I did order a Mango Margarita with a sugar rim but not only did it come with a salt rim but it didn't have any ice in it so it did get warm pretty fast. Overall, the BBQ at KPOT was amazing! All of the food was fresh and delicious. The decor in this restaurant was super cute as well and the staff were wonderful. I hate that this location isn't close to me but I would take the drive in a heartbeat to return. I highly recommend checking KPOT out if you're looking for a great Korean BBQ restaurant.

Went here for dinner and it was so good! This was my second time at this location, my first was back in September for my bday. We had a 20 minute wait and went around 7 pm on Friday. A lot of people started coming in right after we did and had 40 min - 1 hour waits, so around that time is definitely when they get busy. Did the bbq only option and it was so yummy, my favorite was the spicy beef bulgogi (10/10) and I ordered a pink kosmo drink (8/10). Totally wish they allowed to-go boxes lol *Also, the floors are very slippery. I slipped multiple times and saw an older woman also almost fall right in front of my table, so please wear shoes that will help you avoid that!* My overall rate of experience : 9/10

I was impressed with KPOT. It did take a while to get seated but that's how popular this place was. When we were seated our waitress greeted us with great energy and enthusiasm. She gave us her top choices and you can tell she knew much about the dishes. She recommended the spicy salmon with butter as well as the short rib. Of course I was already a short rib fan anyway so there wasn't much convincing lol. We ordered drinks such as the mango martini and the strawberry martini. The waitress shows us where the sauce bar was and said by the time we get back our food will be here. We went to the sauce bar and there were many great choices. Of course I'm a savage for a sandwich so I tried all of them hahaha. They also had kimchi and egg rolls. I definitely grabbed those. We we returned the food was at the table as she said. We tried the short rib, brisket, spicy salmon, baby octopus, chicken bulgogi, coconut curry shrimp, and pork belly. Everything was amazing but that spicy salmon and short rib was the it for me. The drink was amazing as well. I definitely recommend this spot.

Always good quality and a great sauce bar. The service however is usually a hit or miss. However, Jay is AMAZING. I'd originally have given this place a less satisfied review because the last server I had here was awful (some red headed guy who was so bad I genuinely wondered if I'd done something to him to warrant it), but Jay has me back on board!! Request his section or sit at his bar and you'll have a great time.

Value is good. As long as you don't come with high expectations of food quality, you should be satisfied. Meat quality is not the best and the portions are very small for each order of AYCE meats. I would just stick to just one: bbq or hot pot. I don't think it's worth getting both. Service and ambiance is pretty good. Nothing to complain or to write about.

I came in on a date 3/2/2024. Pieces of the roof colapsed on my girlfriend at the table. (6:00PM) The staff re-seated us in a back corner, where the staff forgot about us as customers and more as an evening joke. The waitress assigned to our second table (Kialatoya) had an unprofessional tone and stopped serving our table. I checked out with the front desk staff and was assisted in less than a minute. (7:40PM). Team lead was argumentative about giving the 10% military discount in connection with their establishment building falling on an active service member and extending the dine in time by over an hour. Please do better with staff communication and customer service. This was a good evening turned bad and I don't like to leave negative reviews. Thank you.

First time going to KPOT coming from California, we LOVE Kbbq & Hotpot! Actually going inside it smelled good, and got our mouths watering. Sat down and opted to go for just the kbbq because the crab was sold out for the day (it was lunch time) and that is what I was looking forward to with the hot pot. We took our picky toddler with us because I saw online they usually have french fries and chicken nuggets at the self serve bar but they did not have chicken this day. You order on a tablet and they have someone bring your meat order out to you, however the little plates they bring to you have literally two bites of meat on them and you have to order and wait for another plate with 2 more bites on it. A waste of the 2 hour dining time you have, as we waited the majority of our time there and often did not get meat we ordered. In my observation there were only 2 kitchen runners and roughly 5 or 6 servers who were all at the corner of the bar laughing and on their phones. This probably explains the long wait for our meat orders to come out. Lastly, I paid with cash and was told by our waitress it needed to be exact change because she did not have any cash to give change back. I thought that was odd, and I noticed another table pay cash too and their waiter was scrambling asking the other servers if they had change to help break the tables change. Does this establishment not take cash? Or are the servers pocketing the cash?? This was very weird to me. I don’t think I will be back. Another note, in California KBBQ usually has rice paper wraps, steamed egg and cheese corn but this place does not. However appreciated the self serve sauce bar.

As a first-timer stepping into the sizzling realm of Korean BBQ, my enthusiasm was as fired up as the grills I was about to tackle. The all-you-can-eat offer beckoned me like a beacon - $20 for endless Korean BBQ, a culinary adventure! And why stop there? For an extra $10, the Hot Pot experience was mine to claim. Little did I know, I was signing up for a self-cooked saga of mild confusion and bland bites. The initiation was smooth, with a friendly waitress guiding me through the process - order first, then turn to the trusty tablet for any subsequent cravings. The chefs, swift and silent, delivered a parade of raw delights to our table, leaving us to battle the grill on our own. A glance at the wall provided a cheat sheet for cooking times, but alas, the meat lacked the zest I yearned for. It seemed the only seasoning available was a lonely bottle of oil, destined to make our food sizzle, not sing. The Hot Pot, however, was a different story - a flavorful broth that embraced every ingredient with warmth and taste. It was clear where the heart of this establishment lay, and had I known, I would have sworn an oath of allegiance solely to the Hot Pot. The drink selection was as limited as my grilling skills, leaving me to quench my thirst with water and a Taro Boba Tea that, to my dismay, arrived with an unexpected warmth. As for the BBQ, it was a test of patience and flipping dexterity, each piece of meat demanding constant attention to avoid an undercooked fate. The ambiance felt more like a puzzle than a party, with every new patron looking slightly lost. My advice? Bring a seasoned veteran of Korean BBQ to steer you through the culinary labyrinth. When the bill arrived, it was a stark reminder that while I had been laboring over the grill, my wallet was about to get cooked. $98 later, I reflected on the irony of tipping generously for the privilege of cooking my own meal. In conclusion, if you're a Korean BBQ rookie eager for an all-you-can-eat escapade, arm yourself with knowledge or a guide. Otherwise, you might find yourself lost in translation, navigating a sea of unseasoned meat and lukewarm tea, all the while plotting your next visit to be exclusively at the Hot Pot's comforting embrace.

It was my son's 25th Bday, so we had a party of 6 adults. We have been to every other local Korean grill/kpot restaurants, so we were eager to try the newest one... We got seated at the big table with 2 grills, without even requesting it. I didn't even know they had such a table. THIS WAS GREAT NEWS, because our party of 6 ALWAYS struggle at Kpots with one grill. It's almost a deal-breaker, all fighting for space on the grill, half the people can't reach it, etc. So this 2-grill table was AWESOME, to say the least. Our server was a very nice and helpful young woman. Another big plus of this location is the ordering tablet is free to move from person to person. The other places had it mounted to the table and who sat next to it had to constantly order items for everyone, all dinner long. Sucked. But here at Kpot, it was mobile to move wherever. When you have a party of 6 or more, I can't tell you the high value of both the mobile tablet and a 2-grill table. We all did the combined soup and grill deal. We are experienced kpotters, so we started pouring in the orders for meats, veggies. We dug right in and took in the entire experience. So how did it compare? All 6 of us agreed. The food was good, no complaints at all, but the flavor and quality of the ingredients was just better at HQ hotpot. It a good, just not as good. Better seasoning, bigger portions of meat at HQ. The staff are very active, constantly taking away your TONS of empty dishes that just keep piling and piling up from all the items you keep ordering. Items ordered came out very quickly. Kpot is most definitely on our list to go back again, but honestly we would most likely return to HQ for about our 5th time there, just for the slightly better tasting marinaded meats and veggies and soup stock. And just so you know, as is the case with all the AYCE. Korean hotpot restaurants, our bill for a party of 6, no alcohol, no extras, gratuity included automatically, was $296. That's typical, so be prepared. After tip, taxes, drinks, it will be $50 per head.
