You can tell how good a food place is before you even eat by who comes in. This place was hopping in the 10 minutes that I ordered and ate! Everything from construction workers to Navy to business professionals!You could tell almost all were regulars, with some introducing the place to a new customer they brought. I'll be back for sure!!!

I came here for the poké, and was sorely disappointed. Not enough sauce, flaccid fish, overdone rice. I was one of the first folks in for the day and was met by an employee who had a hard time listening or speaking. I asked and was charged for avocado, which I did not receive. The grill portion looked a lot better in retrospect, but if you're looking for poké, try a Pokemoto

Small Filipino destination off of Granby. Went here with a few colleagues for a quick lunch. The staff was fast and the food was really tasteful. My only problem was the amount of bone shards scattered throughout the dish. It felt like something you could eat rather quickly but because I kept running into shards of bone from the chicken I was very careful and felt like it took away from the enjoyment.

Got chicken Adobo ,skimpy on the chicken, chopped up leg, and a chopped up chicken back.This one in ocean view, will never go again. Way overpriced for chicken backs. They get business only because of base. Got mine to go. If I would I would have dined in I would have asked for refund!

This was my first time at Maymar and let me tell you how amazing my food was. I tried the 2 entree plate that came with white rice, adobo and curry chicken. The adobo was sooo good !!! I definitely should have gotten double adobo. I got a small pancit plate that looked pretty big lol the taste and flavor was definitely there. I tried one lumpia and 2 sweet chili wings. I saw them bringing out the pan of fried chicken and I HAD to try it. It was AMAZING !!!!!!!! They were still hot, fresh out or grease, and jammed packed with flavor. This place is a 9/10.

Hole in the wall awesome place. This place is small the with limited seating, but the food is excellent. They have basically two types of food Philippine style food hot and delicious, and poke. I have had both. I prefer the poke they make it to order, if you have not tried poke I think this is a great place to start. Like i said the place is small, so it gets packed at lunch. I have been here a few time and will come back.
