If a customer orders breakfast during breakfast hours, they should be able to get what they ordered. I placed my order for a steak egg mcmuffin combo at 1020 am. At 1040 when I got my order, the sandwich had the wrong type of egg on it. I returned the sandwich and was told too bad. They had no more round eggs. I was offered a lunch sandwich as a replacement. That's not what I wanted. If I wanted a folded fake egg on my sandwich I would have ordered a biscuit. I wanted the fried egg that came on the mcmuffin. If I ordered it at 1030, I could understand not having any more eggs cooked. I ordered with enough time to make my sandwich properly. And no one told me! I had to find out when I unwrapped it. Not good customer service at all. The supervisor was not apologetic at all. She just said they had no more . I got a refund and left hungry. Definitely not loving it.

Update: Changed my 1 star to 4 star.The management must have changed over or implemented changes because they have tightened up their professionalism a bit and the presentation of the meals are actually acceptable. The atmosphere is kept clean and some of the staff are welcoming. For the most part, the staff communicates better and gets your order correct.The manager is attentive and kind. The person assigned to cleaning the dining room does a wonderful job. There is a gentleman named Alek that works regularly and does an excellent job. He always shows up dressed neatly with a smile and willing to help customers. His presence is memorable and customer service skills reflect excellence.

Well after waiting 10 minutes with nobody in the store. I get my Chicken sandwich minus the Chicken. And nobody answers the phone there. ??♂️

This is the slowest, most dysfunctional, and most likely to mess up your order, McDonald's I've ever been too. Just fire everyone and start over with a new crew. Except for the manager who was clearly trying her hardest to wrangle the middle school dropouts that work under her. New hires could only do better.

I go to this McDonald’s once a week against my better judgement, I only get to go at night so I get the night crew. These people are illiterate, lazy, I seriously doubt anyone in there has above 5th grade reading comprehension. Save yourselves the money and go to the one in wards corner. These guys have one more time to mess up the simplest of my orders, “no onions” I cannot stress that enough and I shouldn’t have to.you get paid to get it right, so get it right or your Mcdonalds might end up a yellow tape crime scene.
