Absolutely horrid experience. Must be an entire crew of new hires. Girl at the "hot station" didn't welcome us, then proceeded to dart her eyes around in a fog paying attention to everything but our order. Asked me "what kind of meat did you say" to which I couldn't hold back replying "you haven't asked me yet." Then the "cold station" girl absolutely has no idea how to roll a burrito. Watched her struggle rolling it into a BALL instead while all the insides poured out. After about a minute of trying to roll it she called it a day and rolled it into a ripped strip of foil with guacamole wiped all along the outside.Don't know where all these 5 star reviews are coming from. If this location is setting the standard then nobody ought to eat at Moe's franchise ever again.

I had lunch here for the first time at this location. Place is very clean and welcoming at this Moe's. The food is presented well and the employees are very helpful. The food is as good as it looks. Tast great- smells good. Fast service and the price is good. It's still fast food with a healthy presentation! Protein cooked well and sanitation is detail oriented. I highly recommend eating lunch at this place!!

I don't like that place their prejudice to minorities and diversity. Ever since covid-19 people in the U.S. been blaming minorities for it, and people might not like ethnicity serving food. Had a fantastic experience today at this location. Today is Christmas Eve, and I thought the store would close at 5pm. They were instead closing at 4pm, but regardless the awesome workers there today ensured they didn’t mind letting us place our order. Huge shout out to Jenny and Tiffany for being such awesome people even though it was Christmas Eve and I’m sure they were ready to be home. They showed great kindness and were amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this location! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’m grateful that the workers were so kind.
