It's not a 5, but it's definitely close. Drinks could be stronger, but food is good.

Decided to go here on Tuesday with my co workers. Someone recommended this place to me so I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did! We went around 12noon and there were only about 6 people there. We were seated right away of course. The place has a nice vibe to it. It has nice decor as well. I went to the bathroom before we ordered and it did need some work but not bad. The waiter was very informative and sweet. They place had an old country feel to it. I ordered a fish sandwich and it was delicious! The fish was fried to perfection and the fries were home made. They had the most tastiest tarter sauce I've ever had, it was from scratch and FANTASTIC! They need to bottle it and sell it. This place is down the street from Naval Station Norfolk which is where I work so very convenient. My friends food all looked delicious as well. They had a mimosa menu but we didn't try and but they sounded great. Overall this place is amazing! Try it you won't be disappointed.

Food here was great and reasonably priced, service was a bit slow but it did not seem like they normally have large groups come in, so that is understandable. Portions were very large as well.

Tasty food and kind servers. A great place for a relaxing Saturday breakfast. They had great traditional options and a warm atmosphere.

My breakfast was so expensive I had to refinance my student loans. Between my pancakes and my friend's waffles, we spent $65. Stung pretty hard. Food was pretty good, but it just tasted like debt. Won't go back. I actually can't go back. Or, anywhere for that matter because now I can't afford gas for my car. Or my power bill. Now I have to do schoolwork by candlelight. Cheeks absolutely got clapped monotonously.

Update on my most recent visits... the mixed veggie side has been replaced with fresh whole green beans! And they are delicious and perfect with the beef entrees, plentiful too! I also discovered the homemade desserts, wow! If you don't have room after devouring your meal, be sure to take one (or two) home for later!

Just went to get some breakfast and stood there for what must’ve been 10min with no staff around to greet or sit us. We looked for someone but after only finding an elder man sitting in the back darkened “Banquet Hall” on his phone who didn’t say a word to us, we just left. Creepy vibes, out of a Twilight Zone episode.

Stopped in for a late Sunday breakfast. It was very busy but our service was still on point. Cute Christmas drink menu was available so I tried the Apple Pie Mimosa. My friend had the Christmas Margarita. Both were delicious. Breakfast was good. Nothing earth shattering but good homemade food. The waitresses appeared to be disheveled and kept switching who was serving us but other than a forgotten orange juice had us covered. We will be back to try lunch.

My wife and I were looking for a cozy spot for an afternoon meal and let me tell you, this place was sent from heaven to answer our prayers. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable, with inviting booths and homey decor, and a few regulars who were enjoying their lunch welcomed us before we even sat down. Our server, Dani, was charismatic and kind, thoughtful and courteous and she just made us feel right at home. As for the food: I had the steak and eggs with a cup of coffee and a side of bacon, and it was tremendous. My wife got the Greek platter and she couldn’t stop praising the flavor. It’s obvious they know what they’re doing here — they have a loyal customer base and their Prime Rib night on Saturday is a huge weekly event. But for my money, stepping in there on a random Monday was a case of getting exactly what you need when you need it. Bravo to Tiff and Dani — we’ll be back!!Sincerely,Scott & EvaParking: Lots of room!Kid-friendliness: They’re just flat-out friendly to everyone!
