I've been getting pizza from this Papa Johns location for quite some time. I am never disappointed. The staff are always friendly and my pizzas are great.

The pizza was good they have a calzone stuffed crust pizza it was delicious ? their garlic knots were so soft they melt in your mouth I'm not big on sweets but they have a cinnamon pull apart bread my family love
The pizza was good. I had an issue with my order. The manager handled it efficiently and was professional. She saved the night.

By far the worst papa John's The kid in the back with no hair net.Ask him if there's any specials He said no specials today go online for the specials.I go online and said I would like a New York special for 13.99He tells me 21.39 ; I was like how he replied you need to get the app for that special .So I have to get an app to order pizza Even though the special is on the main page.Went to dominos instead got a special from the website without an app

I ordered the pizza on sunday around noon, the pizzas came like an hour late and cold. They forgot to cut the pepperoni pizza and they forgot to add banana peppers on the Zesty Italian pizza.

I don't know if it's location or the ones working but the Tuscan 6 Cheese cheesesticks were terrible and didn't even seem like there was even 6 cheeses on it. We got the same order at 1809 S Church St #306, Smithfield, VA 23430 and it was amazing. They were cheesy, well cooked and even the dipping sauce was good. Tuscan Six Cheese should be cheesy considering it says 6 cheeses. Felt like this location on Little Creek Rd was just horrible and honestly a rip off. We need a store like the one in Smithfield who seems to know how to make the food and give the customers what they actually order.

This issue was resolved to my knowledge thank you.Was effectively robbed of nearly 70 dollars for food that never came. Bad weather or not I was expecting if you say yes you still are delivering that i would get my food. I did not nor did i get a call telling me my order was canceled. Called the store no one answered. Will be following up with your corporate entity. I would loved to get this resolved

Gosh, I really wanted this to be better. There's a big sign outside this place showing off a specialty pizza, so that's what I wanted to try. It came out very underwhelming. After sitting and listening to an employee in the back rant about his job history, the pizza finally came out and I was very disappointed- it had no flavor, and the crust tasted burnt. I didn't even end up finishing it.
This location, the workers helped me carry the pizza out to the car. It was rainy and they still did it. This is top notch service that I would not have expected or asked, but they did it anyways. Support this store.
