Love this place! 1st tried them years ago when they were on Fisherman. Once I tried them I stopped going to the place on Tidewater. Right now they need workers so they can remain open to continue serving us their delicious subs! Waiting on the day they reopen & wishing the owner a speedy recovery...

First impressions of this restaurant was good looks very nice however the Philly subs was not good at all very under seasoned my bread was super wet with grease not sure what else it was but me, my fiancé and son had very bad stomach pain after didn’t even bother to call to complain no need because we’ll never be going back.

Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a Philly cheese steak or chop cheese! So much flavor and the owner is really nice and accommodating! Must try! We'll definitely be back.

Stopped in tonight for food because our usual cheesesteak place is closed for the holidays. REALLY good food, and a LOT of it. Tons of sandwich options besides cheesesteak. Pretty sure this is our new Philly spot.

Two things I don't play about is my food and money. I don't appreciate being told my food could not be replaced when it was the wrong order. I order a cheesecake hoagie with my topping through there website. I explain my concern and ask could I have it replace if I couldn't make it there tonight after I had already order on door dash and was told no. The first lady I spoke with was okay with it and said that was fine. Then a young lady jump on the phone being extremely rude and then kept dismissing what I was explaining to her. When there website said one thing and did another. I love trying new places but just that one encounter turn me off completely. Also to top if off it's sloopy looking, meh.

Happened to find this place bc I was craving a cheesesteak and our usual spot was closed. What a blessing that was. Parking required navigating around the back of the business to an empty lot (or approach via an apron on the adjacent one way (26th?) and risk hitting a concrete slab corner. I saw cars parked curbside, but wasn't sure if it was permitted or not. So be prepared. I opted for a Philly cheesesteak hoagie with a toasted bun, sweet peppers, and oil. Man was it good! Generous helping of meat, crunchy yet soft roll. It was so good that I started on the second half knowing I shouldn't, was already full, and going to be bursting soon. There were some other menu options that sounded good so we'll have to go back and check them out again soon. Afterwards, I spent some time talking to the owner (nice chap) about the business; he leaves his personal cell number up by the register in the event that there's a problem.Highly recommend!

Overall the food was ok. Ordered the Pastrami which was seved on a subroll with coleslaw and thousand island dressing on top of meat. A slice of cheese was on bottom. Sub rolll was crusty on outside and soft in middle. The store itself seemed to be lacking in personality, and needed better access to the menu.

Oh my goodness! I can say the wings are delicious and the fries are amazing! I ordered a Reuben and it exceeded my expectations in taste, time, presentation, and it was served warm and toasty! The House Ranch is amazing! My service was nice and patient. The ambiance is lovely and well lit. It is very clean inside the building too. The portion size was so much I always have to take food home. I will be back again!

Doesn't taste like how it used to taste I don't know what happened but for the money I spent I wasn't happy yesterday. My sandwich was very sloppy and not made with the usual love.

Great hoagie place that I'm sad to see the place isnt open as often as it used to be. Getting food is often very fast and has an amazing taste

Among the best Philly Steaks in Norfolk! Friendly staff, a lot of food for the price.

Can't give it a rating because they were not opened due to being short staffed! A lovely young lady did come to the door to inform me about the closing and said to keep checking their FaceBook page! I'm hoping the next time I go that they have the proper staffing because the pictures looked good!

I really like this place. The food is good. The kool aid as a drink is fun (but be prepared to need some water to cut it because it is made SWEET). Service has always been solid. Hours seem a bit all over due to post Covid world so make sure to check before going.

I was really looking forward to trying their hoagies but every time I would call to place an order and for the 15th time, no answer. Yelp says it's open so I decided to make a trip there to place my order in person versus placing it online. Thank goodness I checked because this place doesn't exist. The sign says open during Tuesday through Saturday but their doors are closed and doesn't look like anyone is working. So be careful, if you place an order online, you may not get your food.
