We did our Christmas luncheon today paid $634.00 for some bland baked chicken, some pre- made macaroni and cheese, rolls, potato salad, barbecue pork, and hush puppies. The price didn't equal the quantity. And the food wasn't good. For what we got I could have cooked the food for half this price. They don't ever have to worry about getting money from us again. P.S. work on your Mac and cheese it was like soup!

I've driven by this place lots of times but hadn't stopped before. Today I was avoiding tunnel traffic and decided to pick up dinner otw home. Goggle gave several options to order in advance but no website. I checked yelp and the link took me to toast tab and listed a 45 min wait time. I had several people come in for pickup while researching from my car in the parking lot. When I went inside, there was no line and the cashier said it would only be able 10 min for an 8pc. He recommended okra, corn pudding, and Mac & cheese. I selected the last 2.There were benches to sit and wait for your to go order. There was also a dinning room to the right of the order counter. I'm not sure if they bring the food to you or call your name because no one was in the dinning room. There were kitschy sayings and pictures on the wall. While I was waiting, a gentleman came out of the restroom and told the.cashiers that they might want to check out the men's room because it was disgusting. The other cashier stated it's always that way. That's not exactly the attitude you want to see at a restaurant. Hopefully kitchen cleanliness is more important to staff.My food was ready shortly thereafter. The chicken had good. The Mac and cheese was the consistency of stouffers but I'm not sure if was made in store or Sysco variety. The corn pudding tasted better than it looked after being scooped out. There were fried puff biscuits that you can drizzle with honey. I didn't try any of the desserts but there were a lot to chose from.

THE MANAGER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABILITY AT ALL. I GOT MY FOOD TOOK IT HOME AFTER SPENDING $28.00 OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY THE ORDER WASN'T WHAT I ASKED FOR. THEN WHEN I CALLED BACK TO MAKE MY COMPLAINT HER REMARKS WERE YOU CAN BRING IT BACK. I WASN'T GOING WAY BACK ACROSS TOWN TO RETURN SOME FOOD THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST DAMN TIME. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS IR ENEMIES TO GO TO THE POLLARDS ON TIDEWATER DRIVE. THEY COMPLETELY SUCK BIG TIME AND THE MANAGER NEEDS A COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. CAUSE HER SKILL ARE BELOW POOR.

Food was trash. Chicken was yellow in fry color, not golden. Greens from a can were vinegar tastings. Puff bread was the only decent thing.

Came in tonight to pick my $70 order and as the front counter girl went to look to see if it was ready the manager told her to not come back there cuz there is a wait then, She had the nerve to get rude with me, because I order online instead of in the store. You guys really need to get ur customer service up to par. I will not ever come back here again and i do come at least once or twice a month. You will never get my money again.
