As someone who works in the industry ill overlook a lot of things and so today I decided to try Popeyes for the first time in a while. Had to over $15 worth to get 6 free wings and so I had to get a wing combo and they forgot the combo part. No mashed potatoes or the ranch i ordered and I had to remind them about my drink and then the wait time for the extra side of mac and cheese i did get. Someone at least should be checking stock to make sure when the restaurant is running low on something they get a new one going immediately but I guess they wait until they run completely out of something before they start a new one? I don't know. Then there's what I did get the garlic parmesan and honey lemon pepper. Not really for me. I've had garlic parmesan from other places that was way better and honey lemon pepper was just ok but too much kick to it from the spice with the honey not really helping at all. It kinda reminds me of why id rather just cook my own food but I was pressed for time. Which i didn't even end up saving because of the wait. Is there anything nice I can say about this place? Oh yeah the diet coke was good but I'd prefer the mango lemonade that they were out of for some reason.

Although food was freshly cooked, it all seemed to lack the "know that's Popeye's" signature flavor. Even the biscuit. We ate in and had to keep going to the counter, for condiments and napkins and straws that weren't given when we got our tray of food. My son is very interactive and talkative (he's 29) but only a couple of the staff reciprocated conversations. It was rather awkward. We barely finished our food but left. I never ate the leftovers, I threw them away.

I work near this location, just off of St. Paul's Blvd, but this was my first time eating from this particular location. NEVER again will I spend my money here. NEVER.This is not a complaint against the service. My cashier was friendly. When we first walked in we noticed water/soda all over the floor near the soda machine. I don't know why they hadn't mopped it up as the floor was very slippery and quite a hazard. We should have turned around and gone elsewhere but my husband and I were really hungry. First mistake. Our cashier was very nice. This is what we ordered:#3 combo - Spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon, side of fries and a drinkFish sandwich ComboSmall mac and cheese.This cost us about $28. We didn't even wait 5 minutes and our number was called. I was so surprised and happy that I didn't open the bag and check the order. I mean, friendly service, near Scope and many government businesses so you'd thnk everything would be okay. Second mistake.Through the tunnel we went, I'm all happy about getting to try the spicy chicken with bacon and cheese sandwich, doing a little shimmy dance in the car and my husband is all happy wife-happy life. Get home, hands washed, open bag...where's the mac and cheese?! Oh, man! Well, let me try my sandwich...#@!$ None of the pouches had a sandwich with bacon and cheese. My husband's fish sandwich and his coleslaw correct. I got a regular chicken sandwich with only sauce on it! No mac and cheese, no bacon and cheese. I guess I ddn't need those extra calories, huh? Nearly $30!We could have driven back, through the tunnel another 2x's, and they probably would have corrected the order but it was going on 9 and we are working people. Not going back was the third mistake. I will never understand how people own busineses and don't know or care how their employees are conducting those businesses. No quality control and obviously poor employee training. A slip and fall accident waiting to happen and an incorrect simple order. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.

The worst Popeyes, staff too busy joking and taking breaks during lunch. Stood in line for 10 minutes with no one in front of me. Never asked for order. Asked for Manager and found that She was 1 of 3 employees that were too busy joking to help Customer. Popeyes needs to shut down this location and fire the staff. Put them on the street and let them go hungry.

While put in a wait line in front of store, they gave out 50 dollar meals to a van 3 spaces away. After supposedly giving us the same plus a free apple ple we got home and found we were shorted 8 wings, one spicy sandwich And a fry

Despite fast food no longer being fast at times…… The customer service I always receive from Shawnta and Britney is always top tier! They keep a positive attitude no matter the circumstances and kept me updated on the status of my order. I appreciate them for taking pride in their jobs.

15 minutes in line and all i got was a manager on the phone fixing screwed up orders from a "shift change" or staff (manager) in general not knowing their job on giving a refund when THEY screw up YOUR order up TWICE. Should've kept McDonald's and tore this place down. Oh, and if you want to wash your hands before you eat, be sure to ask for the KEY to the restroom. RIDICULOUS!!!! I recommend NOTHING FROM THIS DUMP!!!

But the Food the butter ontop of that biscuit hello didn’t even peep at the mash yet. Slid to the fav red beans and rice wow wow wow . The belle of the ball arrived Pallet on happy time.
