Unfortunately in a business if you are going to charge extra then your entire staff needs to be on the same page. I have been to this location multiple times and today was the first time I was ever charged for extra queso and sour cream. An additional 3.25 for what seems like the normal amount that you should receive as you already pay near $12 per meal. Don’t waste your time with this location.

Ah Qdoba, how much I love you more than Chipottyle.Had the brisket birria, with rice and pinto beans, spicy queso, spicy sauce, guacamole and jalapeños.Giant burrito, wonderfully flavored, seasoned well. Still not so spicy, but a lot of food in Virginia lacks heat. Trusty bottles of Cholula there to help out.Staff was very nice. Helpful as well.

I absolutely hate the strawless cups. It's like an adult sippy cup. I don't understand the purpose of it other than to do away with straws. If you're going to do this, then at least make the whole big enough for some liquid to come out of it.

I like Quoba and this location is good. The only issue I had was that the staff were most focused on cleaning than taking my order and I know they saw me. After a few minutes of standing there, I turned to leave and then the staff came to the counter to take my order.

Went to Moe's yesterday. My son wanted to try Qdoba today. Qdoba is by far superior to any of the other similar style restaurants.The staff is friendly and engaging. The service was great!
When it got here it was cold and they forgot several items, not to mention this is the third time I’ve paid for extra chicken and there was maybe 3 bites of chicken in the
Food was subpar and left a lot to be desired. I think it is probably popular with the college crowd with their lack of taste

I would give it 5 stars, but you have to let the people know if you don't have quacamole before ordering! This gives Chipotle a leg up, but I like Qdoba's prices!!Overall, Qdoba is always clean, and the restroom is neat and tidy (clean as well). Everyone who I've seen work there're always genuine in making sure the customer is satisfied ?. Outstanding managers ?.Parking: Plenty of parking altogether be careful parking in front of Qdoba as cars sometimes tend to speed in that area.Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair accessibility for the disabled who need parking in order to get Qdoba.
