i order a rib dinner with mashed potato and broccoli the mean was horrible when i saw the meal it was nonappealing the sauce was not cooked within the ribs a it was if the cook just took a brush and painted the sauce un their like they were painting a house or something the broccoli was a kid portion half full the ribs were the cheaper quality and about 80 percent fat no lean meat at all i had to pull the fact back the meat was buried deep in the fat i complain to management she told me they have a new owner and the quality of the food was not the same she said its nothing she can do for me but give me a dry slice of cake i will never again eat ruby tuesday it was horrible made me gag

My family and I (9 guests) visited there on 3/24/24 @200pm. Our server (Reniya) did not seem to enthused to be there & it showed. I never saw a smile on this servers face. She didnt asks if we wanted any appetizers after serving our drinks..so we had to let her no that we would like to. No plates were given for the appetizers. We had to ask for that as well. After we were done we had to wait awhile for her to come back & take our orders. She never took up the appetizer plates..so we did it ourselves and stacked them up neatly for her she still never took them off the table til' we said something. No refills were offered until I went up to the bar & requested. Our table only got 1 refill during the 2 hours that we were there. She never asked if it was going to be one ticket or separate tickets which caused her to do more work at the end when it came to her going around asking us what our orders were so that she can write them up separately & correctly. One guests asked for a to go order, she received it and a side item (onion rings) were missing. So when the guests asked about the missing item..Reniya had to audacity to say "no you didn't ask for that".. you don't ever tell a customer what they did or didn't do. She should have just said "oh I'm sorry I'll get it for you" or "I'm sorry I didn't hear you". But for her to tell a person what they didn't do.. that was ridiculous. I'm not sure if she was new or having a bad day (if so she should've stayed home). But I'm quite sure we were not her 1st guests..yes she had other tables as well.. and I feel the bigger the party the bigger the tip...I feel she could've still made sure her guests of 9 were satisfied and straight. She only received 2 tips..mines and the guests that she told "no" to. If her customer service was up to par I definitely would have left her more than 5.00 and the other guests would have left her a tip. Actions speak volume and again I must say her actions showed that either she didn't wanna be there..she wasn't enthused..to be our server..she showed nothing. It was very irritating. Very. Annoying. Work is work and you have to show up & show out. I've worked customer service /server. Whatever kind of day you're having you don't let your guests see it. Customer service is very very important..you never know who you're serving.Sincerely,Check #2501

I decided to eat at Ruby Tuesday today because I wanted a somewhat home cooked meal this is a newer Ruby Tuesday. I ordered the ribs full rack and loaded potatoes. Plus a large sweet tea. the atmosphere was nice and inviting and clean I was greeted upon entry . Mine was a to-go order and it came out in a timely manner... The ribs were quite dry and you can tell they were older and also had a weird aftertaste.. The potato scans were hardly loaded and had larger pieces of scallions on top they were also a bit dry.. The sweet tea although has a good flavor there was barely any ice whatsoever in my cup. My order came out to $41 and I gave a $5 tip.. I'm hoping that this was just an off day and I came in there about 1:00 in the afternoon. But I wanted to give my honest opinion about this Ruby Tuesdays at The Southern shopping center location.. by all means please go check for yourself and I hear the drinks are really really good...

I got 3 entrees to go and my order was still incorrect and I’m so upset I made it all the way home! First things first the steak I put in I wanted it well done it was pink. Secondly I asked for corn and got zucchini . Everything is done electronically not sure why the order was incorrect

Haven't been there in a while, the food and service blew chunks. That was about a year ago. Was in vicinity and thought we would try. We were amazed. The inside was allot cleaner and the food was very good.If the restaurant stays this way we'll be back.
