I came in to order shrimp Alfredo and meatball sub. When I received my food it was put in the brown bag as soon as I got out of my car my food went through the bag. I gave them a call to let them know what was going on, if there is anything they can do as a curiosity. The employee who answered laughed repeatedly after I spoke to him about the situation. I asked for the manager he said manager was not there couldn’t do anything about situation. I asked if there was anyone there who is higher in his position to be able to take care of this matter . He said no. That is poor customer service I didn’t expect that. I will not be coming back. Please train your employees for customer, service, and delivery.

Food was overpriced wasn’t the best quality or taste and upset me my husband and my daughter it made us all very sick with upset stomachs. We won’t be coming back here. I gave a tip even though I ordered take out and guy said we needed to wait five minutes but ended up taking twenty min.

Ordered Pizza! Guys that took my money never put my order in! Found that out after waiting 30 minutes! Several men behind counter Talking in their language!!! Saw man that took my money leave with another man that stopped in! Went to counter told guy behind counter I had been waiting a long time; at which time he put my Small Pizza in oven!!! Very Poor Service!!! Dining Room was Very Dirty!!! I will NOT be going back there again!!!

Reference point- I’m a pizza nut truck driver who was raised in the New York area. I made a delivery to the BJ’s down the road and thankfully noticed Sals. You locals are very fortunate. The true test of any pizza place claiming to make New York pizza is would they survive if they were in NY. I can happily say this is the real deal. If you haven’t tried Sal’s, pop in for lunch, pick a slice from one of the beautiful pies in the glass case and you won’t want to get pizza anywhere else…you’re welcome.

Worst service. Ordered thru Uber eats, restaurant delivery. After waiting over 2 HOURS contracted help and they couldn't get in touch with the restaurant. Had to cancel the order. Immediately, the restaurant calls to ask if I canceled the order. Didn't get a sorry or concern or even a try to remedy the situation. The response was, "Oh, ok" and hung up. Service and professionalism need major work.

Was in the area from Newport News went inside I was immediately observed by several men behind the counter, and was not acknowledged, stood at the register counter, staring at the men behind it, hoping they would greet me and ask me. How can they help me but no they just continued to glance at me and ignore me at that point I walked out I don’t give my money to any establishment that doesn’t treat me with respect and humanity if you want pizza with a side of miss treatment, this is the place to go

We were going shopping and needed a quick bite. Sal's ..Ames the pizza right in front of you. The pizza are large and satisfying. They are topped with plenty of toppings. We had pepperoni. It was delicious it is really good pizza. Tastes like the pizza I had in New York. They have coupons as well so anyone working on a budget can get a awesome meal for under thirty dollars.Salad, 2liter of soda, and an appetizer Came with our large pizza ( as a suggestion the fried ravioli were amazing . ) as well as a large salad. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. There are various free condiments from Parmesan to red pepper flakes for the pizza. .If you plan on eating in please be aware they fill up quickly.

They dropped off menus in the hood on the doors. So I’m like boom, let’s see bout it. We put in a large order and the representative on the phone was like “got it, allow us 1hour”. I called at 7:12, the delivery driver was at our door knocking at 8:12! With the entire order hot & correct. Mind you it’s raining crazy and the wind going stupid, but he is at the door with a smile handing us ALL THIS FOOD! He got a tip just for that…Now the food….BOMB! Every thing was delicious. Wings was crispy with the buffalo sauce, Alfredo didn’t taste like water, it was seasoned. The kid spaghetti was HUGE and the meatballs was so juicy. The sub was toasted not burnt and the meat was juicy, all the salads were fresh and the 18in pizza can feed a small village. 10/10 and I will definitely order again. Thank you!
Servers, dump your food on the table and cry for the tip. THEN DISAPPEAR. If you require some water, GET UP OF YOUR CHAIR AND ASK THE CASHIER.
