Use to love going to Sonic, not anymore. Horrible service and food. Our order is never correct and the drinks are terrible. No syrup, just straight soda water. Sonic is known for their drinks!! Won’t be back.

The service here is so slow people were literally driving off after placing their order. I order a milkshake and it looks unmixed with a dollop of whipped cream on top. I express my disappointment and the lady say something alone the lines of not being able to mix because of mixing equipment. Even though I seen the customer before me with a nice looking milkshake. She then rolls her eyes and sighs. Then storms to get a manager. I asked her did this me her approval she takes the milkshake and essentially brings back the same one. Smh.. at this point I see that the quality of this establishment is nonexistent

I’m really disappointed honestly first me and my boyfriend pulled up to one of the kiosks to order but after 20 mins of waiting they canceled our request so we decided to pullup to the drive thur ordered and waited an additional 30-40 for our food watching other cars get their food while all our food was room temp and soggy except for the popcorn chicken by the time we got it and my boyfriend had to go inside to get it :(

I placed a mobile order and parked in a bay to wait for my food. I sat for 15 minutes before pulling around to the drive through. When I got my order my drinks were melted and my food was cold. I was told to pull forward and someone would bring my order out. When I got my full order I had been here for 30 minutes. By the time I got everything I was ready to just ask for my money back and leave.

Worst Sonic in America. Customer service sucks! The girls asked me to pull up so they could give the car behind me their drinks (all I ordered was a cheeseburger meal). After 17 minutes of sitting on the curb, I went inside and they weren’t even working on my meal.

Did the Postmates / door dash delivery and didn't get my milkshake. Tried calling and no answer. Called again nothing. This was the 2nd time I ordered from them and was missing items. Either the driver didn't get it all or they so busy and forgot my items.

Always great food, just kind of frustrating to order ahead by 15 minutes, only to have to wait for our order once we arrive. It negates any convenience of ordering ahead and wastes time. If the order is prepaid, prepare it then, and have it ready for customers!
