Food was great. It's has a a simplified menu yet something for everyone. Service was everything you could ask for. Drinks solid, particularly martini highlights. Art also is a nice touch against the brick. Recommend.

We love Streats! When I am in Norfolk, I stay within walking distance so my bf and I go all the time. The food is always top notch, and the service is impeccable. They are a small kitchen so please be patient. Plus there is no need to rush because you're in good company. It's like Cheers ! Your "go to" dish may be a tad different from time to time but that's what makes it so great. You just know the chef back there is giving you their own personal touch.

My husband an I got the fried artichoke hearts (the sauce that comes with it is not vegan but marked accordingly on the menu). Our waiter offered us a vegan sauce that was made with tahini and it was AMAZING! My husband got the general Tsos tofu and I got a tofu sweet potato curry. It may have been the best curry I've had in Norfolk! The general Tsos tofu was wonderfully crunchy with delicious sauce!! Finally, our waiter was precious! Kind, welcoming, helpful! Would highly recommend and WILL be returning soon!

We spontaneously ate here on a Friday night at 7pm, glad we got here before the rush! FOOD: The Indonesian noodles were actually delicious, I'd order this again. It was a HUGE bowl of noodles. The calamari w/ marinara sauce tasted great too. I also ordered the burger and that was my least favorite :/ I wouldn't order that again. The chocolate kick was yummy and SO strong! SERVICE: The bartender and our servers were so friendly! I'd come back just to hang out with them. Next time, we'll sit at the bar to hang out with the bartender, he was so fun! LOCATION: The vibes this place has is so cool. Such a fun atmosphere! Will we come back? Yeah! The apps were good, the drinks were fun, and the vibes were immaculate.

Ambiance--chill, laid back, a tad eclectic. Service--top notch! We told our waitress it was our first time there and she offered food suggestions and checked on us often throughout our meal. Food--superb! The brussel sprouts were paired with a lime chili sauce that was out of this world. I also had the Beyond Burger. My husband had the beet salad and the spicy noodles with fried pork belly. He liked them both but said he could have just had a bowl of the fried pork belly bites because they were so flavorful. The burger was good. The bread was toasted but it was a tad too much bun for the sandwich. I remedied that an only ate one bun. It's a place that will definitely be on our RETURN list.

The vibe here is laid-back but our the waitress was super upbeat, which made for a fun dining experience.I drove straight from my flight to StrEats and it was about a 20-minute drive from the ORF airport. Streats is located on W 21st in Norfolk and it’s a bit hard to find driving at night. Luckily, I used my Google Maps to locate it. There’s street parking available.We ordered a variety of dishes. The food here is like street food from around the world. I ate at another restaurant with the same concept many years ago in So Cal and that’s what it reminded me of. Anyway, we had egg rolls, noodles, ahi tuna with Brussels sprouts, etc. One of my go to appetizers is Fried Calamari and, although they had it, it was the least enjoyable because there was too much batter. My favorite was their Jerk Chicken Tacos!Anyway, loved the casual ambiance at StrEats. And the service was great!
