Food was okay. Nothing horrible but not amazing either. The menu was very limited compared to the kempsville location. The booths were very torn and falling apart in places. The service was pretty slow overall and the length of time between when rolls would get to the table and when they were ordered was just weird. One person would get their food and no one else at the table would get theirs for another 5 or 10 minutes. Then they would only get part of their order, then the waitress would come by to ask if they wanted to order more when they hadn't even gotten the full first order yet. I had parts of my second order before the last parts of my first order arrived.Overall a fairly disappointing experience. Nothing horrible or anything, just nothing worth going back again for

The waitress was the only nice thing about this place. My roll came first and then we had to wait 20 minutes for my husband's roll and had it served to us by three different waitresses. The takoyaki balls were the size of my thumbnail and the softshell crab was poorly cut with the shell still left on when they fried it. The establishment also had a poor atmosphere with kids running around and screaming.

Very modern open atmosphere. Sraff very friendly & knowlegable. A bit of a language barrier but it was fibe. Food was acceptable Sushi not memorable but okay. Noye I did choose fully cooked Sushi.

By far the worst all you can eat sushi place. The food is barely okay. The service is Non existent. The bathroom was a nightmare from hell! I will never be back. The bathroom stalls do not lock except the handicap one.

We went for lunch, and it is definitely not the same as dinner. We were told we only had till 3 pm to eat. we got there at 2 pm. The salad bar was nasty. The lettuce was old, and it took forever for our food to come out. We felt like they were doing that, so we would have to pay dinner prices. Better off going to Volcano on 21st street.

This is the best sushi king in the 757. We’ve tried a few, and by far this one wins. From cleanliness and timeliness to service kindness and the taste of the food - they win in all the areas. Best gyoza I’ve ever had!! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good place to eat! There is even a robot who can serve the food too :)

I've been here a few times since we live close, and it's alright, but the food and service could be better. The sushi isn't the best I've had, but it's okay, we haven't had any issues yet.The service is a bit slow, we've learned to order a handful of rolls since we know it'll take a while to receive them and or the waitress to come by for another round, even when there's only a few other customers. The waitstaff is friendly at least.My suggestion would be to focus on improving the quality of food and service instead of investing in a robot server.
It's ok for kids and broke people and those who don't know what good sushi is.

This is the best sushi king in the Hampton roads area, in my opinion.Currently, inside at a table, 2/3/24 have only had one order in nearly an hour of being here . Horrible service will make sure to go to a different location next time.
