This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve been to this location multiple times during different hours of the day. I’ve waited twice for someone to take my order in the drive thru (at the menu thing) for over 10 minutes, twice. Once, a guy picking up trash had to yell to get the attention of the person at the window. The second time, I drove up to the window and waited an over hour, YES 60 MINUTES, to get two burritos after I ordered them. I watched as two people came outside to smoke and it wasn’t cigarettes. I also watched as all the cars in the drive way leave with food, and the employees make food for themselves (it was put in bags and stayed there with no cars in the drive thru). Just when it couldn’t get any worse, someone came out and asked me if I wanted cheese quesadillas because that’s all they had left. After paying, watching all the other customers after me get what they ordered, I get treated like scum. Not one time was I rude disrespectful or condescending and this is the service I get. In 28 years of living I’ve never seen a more unprofessional operation. I wish I could give a negative rating. This is the last time I’ll ever go to any Taco Bell.
Went twice while in VA. Food was horrible Both times and service was awful. Nobody nice there at all. Glad to be away from this state. Seems like all business personnel are rude and have no manners

Employees moving very slow, nonchalant. I thought I was in a matrix. The food I ordered was nasty and hardly had any meat. I WON'T BE GOING THERE ANYMORE. I DONT HAVE MONEY TO WASTE I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with the food I received. I couldn't get a receipt either.

The eat in service wasn't able to take a credit card. To eat inside I would have to go back to my car....go through the drive through then park again and go back inside with my food. Not sure why they couldn't just run my card at the drive through register. Instead I choose the restaurant across the street.

This particular Taco Bell has never given me problems with food or customer service. There's a slight delay during club after hours at times but for the most part they have speedy service and great customer interaction.
Food was made super quick and they did not skimp out on ANYTHING! Definitely coming

Wed Sept 27th at 2:30AM drive thruWoman with birth defected eye was so mean to us and we were nothing but kind and respectful to her. Everyone else was pleasant but she was not.She also took a long time passing food to me. She kept it for awhile then handed it when she was ready (FOOD WAS COLD). She made a mess with the drinks due to sloppy pouring.I will avoid this location during the night shift if I were you...
